Namaste! Welcome to Indian Village Restaurant, a full-service restaurant where you can experience the test of fine Indian cuisine. We bring the traditional Indian and Gujarati cuisine to Milwaukee residence. I Vijay Patel and my wife Apexa Patel, owner of the Indian Village Restaurant, we always loved Indian food and passionate about ingredients, together we bring the taste of our very own Gujarati and various Indian dishes cooked by our well-experienced team of chefs.

Absolutely incredible food. Honestly, I had never dared to try Indian cuisine before, but the menu makes it very easy—you can perfectly choose what you prefer. The flavors were exquisite, and the restaurant is very calm and pleasant! The service was excellent—they constantly checked in to see if everything was good and if the flavors were right for us! I’m sure we’ll be coming back!

Came in for the first time yesterday for lunch with friend and was blown away by the incredible food and wonderful service. Our server shared some recommendations and she was spot on. Ambiance was great, clean and comfortable. Even the dishes and silverware contributed to a feeling of quality and pride in the restaurant. Everything was excellent and I will absolutely be back!

I went in for lunch today around noon with my mother. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service.
Our server was friendly, attentive, and patient as we looked over the menu. She offered helpful suggestions and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. Even during the lunchtime rush, she stayed upbeat and made us feel well taken care of.
Overall, great food, pleasant atmosphere, and outstanding service — we’ll definitely be back!

We recently visited Indian Village Restaurant in Greendale, Milwaukee, and had an outstanding experience. Our waitress Simi was wonderful…extremely polite, attentive, and warm.
The hospitality was excellent, and the food was truly delicious, authentic, and flavorful. We would love to come back again and again.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Indian cuisine and definitely ask for Simi;

I recently visited this restaurant and had a great experience. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served fresh. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal.
A special mention goes to the young lady working there—she was very friendly, attentive, and professional. She made sure everything was perfect at our table and handled everything with a warm smile. Her service really added to the overall positive experience.

The server we had wasn’t particularly friendly. At one point, she mistakenly gave our order to another table. Once she realized the error, she retrieved the food and brought it to us. After waiting 20–30 minutes, I still ate it, but the experience was disappointing.
Additionally, when we were placing our order, she seemed impatient and even selected options for us without giving us a chance to decide. When we asked for clarification, her attitude was noticeably dismissive.

Decided to try the Indian Village out and am very glad I did! It’s a neat little building that looks like it’s part restaurant part living space though the restaurant part is very clean, spacious and has a nice homely atmosphere to it. Service was great, very polite attentive and nice to talk to! The food was just utterly perfect! The Samosas were nice amd crispy but the lamb curry accompanied woth rice and pepper bread was just DIVINE! No problems, I loved it here and would go back if given the chance!

Terrible Experience – 1st time, last time
I paid over $50 at Indian Village and had a completely disappointing experience. The two women at the front were extremely rude. I’m not sure if it was because of how I looked (black person), but their attitude was unprofessional.
My total was $53.63, and I handed over $55.63. She said “thank you” and closed the transaction without giving me my change. When I asked for it, she said she didn’t have any and tried to hand back the same cents I had just given her. If she had just explained upfront about the change, I would have just paid with my card/ or just gave as a tip of courtesy(my choice).
On top of the terrible service, the food was disgusting. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this restaurant.
