So here is the deal… I’ve been stopping here for over a year. Food is clean, good and fresh. Crew is pleasant. My orders are generally over 15 dollars. Typically 25. And they would throw in a couple of BBQ sauces. Nice perk. Not the last time though. So. They lost my business. But that is because Im cheap and figure charging 30 cents for a 5 cent condiment is greedy… as a capitalist I am all for profit. So good job to the manager for loosing 25 bucks 3 times a week to make an extra buck 80. But… good food and service. Just don’t expect the appreciation for larger orders.

1 star — and even that feels generous.
I honestly don’t understand how this McDonald’s is still operating, let alone has decent ratings. The reviews here feel more like fiction than real customer experiences.
I ordered a McFlurry — literally one of the simplest items on the menu. And somehow, even that was a failure. The texture was strange, the taste was off, and the most alarming part: it barely melted at all. On top of that, it was extremely greasy, with a mouthfeel like someone mixed butter into it. A McFlurry should melt — this one behaved like plastic.
Cleanliness was just as bad. The restrooms were dirty and smelled awful. The dining area wasn’t any better — unclean, unpleasant, and clearly neglected.
This place sets a new low for fast food. If you care about basic hygiene or food quality, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I have stopped here twice on cross country road trips over the past 3 weeks and this is the freshest food I think I have ever had from McDonald’s in my 30+ years of life. If you’re driving through Rock springs and need a quick bite give them a try!

Waited for 45 mins for a 10 piece nugget and large fry, wont be returning. Ps the reason we go to mcdonalds is because its supposed to be fast food. Where is the sense of urgency.

Food quality is to the standard you’d find at many McDonald’s. However, Wait times are extremely below standards found at other locations. Which could be due to location nearest to truck stop. Make use of drive-thru for lowest wait time. Staff usually can’t be found at the counter. Although they are very friendly and apologetic for wait times. Lack of training is apparent in area’s of time management, and observational skills. All in all potential for establishment to be above average if more training is provided for staff.

I’m a truck driver and stop at this McDonald’s once a week, sometimes more. Each time I do I’ve been impressed at the quality of my food and the service. Maybe I’m just there at the right time but I’ve not had any issues at this location at all.

I personally think this is better food than the one on sunset. Just my opinion. I’ve had to double check for food, but I’d say about 90% of the time they get it right first time.

Arrived at 8pm. There was a few people inside and very few in the drive through, I ordered a large fry and it took 30 minutes as they were “cleaning the fryer and couldn’t make fries”. I would’ve appreciated communication prior to just ordering fries.

Apparently any special order (like add pickles or no onions) mean don’t add any meat! What the hell? Also the burrito I ordered seemed to have mold on it. Out of 4 things, only one thing was correct, the double cheeseburger.
