So it was my server(sorry forgot his name) VS 14ppl 12kids 2 adults and he bossed up. Never an empty drink. Never a frown. He was very professional and truly took the stress away. The food was tasty as always. Just stunned of the amazing job this guy did. Well worth the tip

they had a deal for $6 margaritas so that’s the whole reason we showed up, i also heard through a friend that they have revamped their menu. sat down ordered drinks, we ordered the app and our meals at the same time but from working in service myself i know how to have the app come out first before the meal, well everything came out at once. our mozzarella sticks were cold and you could tell just by looking that the southwest egg rolls were sitting on the warmer for quite some time. i ordered the chicken bacon ranch, from reading the menu it didn’t say anything about the chicken being tossed in a mild sauce, otherwise i wouldn’t have gotten it. it was okay but i had to drench it in ranch for it to be palatable. the boyfriend ordered the half rack of ribs and the chicken tenders, the tenders came out cold and the ribs were tough!! they also didn’t have any prices on the drinks, so for crappy food we had to pay over $100. i figured when the manager came over to touch the table he saw that we weren’t too happy so he threw on a free brownie on the house, it was good for being a dessert but you could also tell nothing about it was special, i could have made brownies at the house with my own store bought caramel and chocolate drizzle and it still would have been better. overall we will not be going back again, we took FOUR togo boxes home

Just had lunch – two adults and two kids. I had the quesadilla explosion salad and substituted shrimp for the chicken. Mistake. Shrimp are tiny – I’ve used bigger shrimp for bait. Salad was mostly corn. Very few tomatoes or anything else. Big pieces of greens, little to no iceberg. I ordered just a cheese quesadilla for one of the 5 year olds and they tried to charge me for the chicken bacon ranch until I pointed it out and was told the lesser cheese quesadilla was on their “secret” menu which brought the price down to $10.99 which is still a rip off for way overcooked product. Husband had chicken tenders which were fine. The Mac and cheese for the other child was fine since boxed Mac and cheese can hardly be done wrong. All in $72 for lunch is a little much for the quality of food we received. Nathan is a great server which helped the situation.

I ordered a cheeseburger that was delivered to me half done. I was not asked how I wanted it cooked, I thought they would all be well done unless specified other. I was dead wrong. There were parts of the burger that were still raw. I could barely eat any of it. I had already put all my condiments on it and taken 2 bites. It would have been too messy to cook again.
Also, we asked our waitress if the restaurant did anything to help celebrate birthdays. I told her today was my birthday. I was there with my husband just looking for a good meal and something tasty for dessert. I was informed that unfortunately they do not do anything or serve anything free for birthdays. Later in our visit, close to a dozen employees come filing into the dining room singing happy birthday to someone at a nearby table. I also saw the birthday guest presented with an ice cream dessert. They were a big group of guests whereas I was just there with my husband. That’s the only difference I saw. They were much younger than us. But I don’t understand why one guest gets treated special and another is told Chili’s doesn’t do anything for birthdays! I was extremely disappointed. I expected better from Chili’s….just something to make our evening a tiny bit special. I’ll know never to visit Chili’s with anyone who wants to celebrate a birthday.

Went to the Hendersonville location and got the 3 for me meal. We had Kody and he was absolutely wonderful. Tina the manager was also amazing. I could not suggest this location more! Wonder customer service, food came out very quickly, very clean interior, cheap but delicious food. Will definitely be returning!!

My friend and I decided to go to Chili’s for New Year’s Eve dinner. I was surprised that it wasn’t busy. We were the pretty early though.
She had the quesadilla salad and I ordered the 4 piece tenders. She loved her salad. The tenders were served hot with fries and Mac and cheese. We both enjoyed our meals.
The service was great. Everyone was very attentive while we were there. Our waited overheard is talking about a particular gym and she stopped to tell us why she really liked it. It was a very good experience.

Dinner at Chili’s was a bit of a mixed bag. The bar area was quiet, but we were seated in a booth next to four tables put together for a child’s party. While I love loud parties, I don’t especially love them when I’m trying to enjoy my dinner. It was difficult to carry on a conversation, but we tried.
The food was warm but not fresh.
Our waitress was attentive and extremely nice.
The sweet tea was really good.
For the three of us, dinner was just under $50.

I enjoyed the food at Chili’s , everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious. The only downside was the long wait for a server. We were seated quickly, but it took a while before anyone came to take our order . If they improve the speed of the service, it would be a much better experience because the food itself is really good and amazing.
