We ordered just under 40.00 in food. We were told to drive up, no line… order#179 We ordered 2/9.00 deluxe meal… No burrito ( on both) we got 1 taco each ( 2 missing) neither of us got our cinnamon twist. We ordered a large plain chip/chesee.. and 2 steak grilled xtr… they were the bomb… However… We asked for them to make sure our order was correct…. They weren’t busy… makes me feel pushed… no extra sauce…we asked for during our order.. Then was told we need to pay extra… Almost 40$ So tired of being treated like our order/money/ means ZERO! Girl had a don’t care attitude . Lazy!!! Phone, busy!!!!

Rarely, if ever, do I leave a review for a fast food place. They’re usually all the same and nothing to phone home about. But when I say this place was clean as a whistle and the staff was so accommodating… they thought they didn’t have any more mango flavoring for a drink and looked around for like 7 mins and finally came up with it. They could’ve just said they didn’t have it like McDonald’s with their ice cream machines being broken and just moved on. Instead, they went the extra mile to track some down and I truly appreciate how diligently they worked to provide a customer with wonderful service.
The bathroom was immaculate and the dinning room floor and seating was all spotless as well. I realize I came before the lunch rush, but I have a feeling that’s just standard for them. The staff seem to hold themselves to a higher caliber dining experience than other restaurants locally and I truly commend them for that. Will certainly be back for those street burritos (or whatever they’re called)!

First time dining in this Taco Bell location. Their Beef Tacos tastes delicious, what I didn’t like is I usually order Beef Quesarito but this time the wrap was almost empty very little Beef. However, The place was clean nicely organized and the employees were nice and friendly.

Quality is declining, a few days ago the soft taco that comes with the quesadilla combo was cold to the touch and soggy almost sopping wet, don’t even understand how. And tonight my grilled cheese burrito was smashed and had a little hair stuck in the cheese topping. Y’all stay safe.

First the young girl at the drive thru window was extremely rude. Then we had to wait forever for our food when we placed an online order and lastly we opened our bag and we see 4 sauce packets when we asked for 15 or each

If I could I would give this a zero review after tonight’s experience with Joshua, the manager. First of all I didn’t get all my food after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru with 1 car ahead of us and Joshua proceeded to argue with me about the nachos. Then one of the double cheesy gordita was crumbled and thrown into the bag. Joshua supposedly replaced with one that wasn’t cooked and was soaked in grease. Hence the pictures below. Will be calling the branch manager tomorrow. Totally unacceptable and the worst service especially from a manager I’ve ever had at any restaurant.

So this is how you serve a chicken burrito. this is the third and last time for me. I even showed the night manager and she just laughed at it. nice job Taco Bell way to train good employees. I also last week got three tacos and a burrito and there was no meat at all in any of them. I would give a 0 star if I could. I love this chicken burrito but I hate your service.
