ordered a sweet tea and a pretzel twist (no salt) with cheese. got my tea, thats easy enough to do, but my pretzel twist had salt and no cheese sauce. such a simple order and they couldn’t manage that. had to head back to work quickly and didnt notice until then. my bad for not checking first.

I was expecting better food. Service was fast and friendly but it had to be to make up for the lack of fries, cold food and no condiments I had requested.

Talk about a circus!!! They bring you stuff asking if it’s yours well I don’t know I didn’t pack the bag. Food was cold and wrong asked for ketchup to chock down my cold food. Well she got rude and made us wait till they were extremely cold.

Food is as expected for Sonic. Not terrible but not great. Their menu board barley worked so I felt like I was screaming at the employee otherwise they couldn’t hear me.
For some reason they always add sauce you didn’t ask for. First tried to order in the app but the app limits your sauce per order, no matter how many items you buy.
There’s a $1.99 men’s with no instructions as to when it’s valid but they charged us full price.

I asked for a refill when we got dessert. We got out of the car to order thinking it would be easier. The employee looked at me like I was asking for her to do something crazy.
5 napkins for 4 people.
There are buttons on the screen but they don’t work.
Bathroom was pretty gross.
Also if you have a soy allergy the menu is extremely limited although they do have some info online it can take time to figure out what’s on.
