For me Chic Fil a rarely receives anything but a perfect score. Tuesday January 6th was not one of those days. Chicken soup chicken filets ok, not quite par but definitely acceptable. The Mac and cheese was great. The chicken strips were nasty and greasy. I get it, fried in grease, what should I expect. 10 chicken strips that even the dog didn’t want. I expect more for the price and the personal experience.

Used to be great, and even though they went up in price, the food was still good quality and quantity. We went through the drive thru today and got sandwiches that looked like kids size. They were half the size they used to be. And if they knew that’s all they had to offer, it should have been at a discount. You’ve lost 3 customers now. Shrinkflation should not be at the cost of the customers.

First off I feel like I was tricked on the menu under the all meals include tab says a M is 2.39 that’s just the fries the actual meal cost cannot be found on the menu. It’s 3.80 plus the cost of your sandwich.
Second, what you get for a 12$ meal does not reflect the pictures they are selling on the menu. See pictures.

My biggest complaint right now is they never have lemon in the morning. Why isn’t it part of their prep? Other locations are able to have lemons sliced. Today I want the lemon. So I’m waiting for someone to cut it and put it in my tea

Overcooked fries. Asked for replacement. Overcooked fries again. Overcooked honey pimento pepper sandwich with hardly any of the special sauce. The picture on the menu has the sauce looking almost as fat as the chicken. “Sorry, that’s the measured scoop.” Chick-fil-A is getting cheap. They’re making money hand over fist and they can’t afford to put a decent amount of sauce on a sandwich they’re charging seven dollars for? Had the same experience at the one on 29th owned by the same person when they made my chicken burrito about 3/4 of the size it used to be. It’s just sad they want to advertise one thing and provide another and rip people off in the process.

Absolute slowest location I have ever been to!
They asked if I wanted sauce for nuggets, I said yes. No sauce was given.

3rd time going here. They have messed up my order every time. The food is sub-par for Chick-fil-a standard. They tried to charge me extra money for more than 1 sauce packet.

Most of the food is great. However, our salad had the core plus more stalks than it should. App ordering is fast but then prepare to wait awhile for your food. Mine told me it was ready but when I asked they said they had not made it. Almost all the tables were dirty but they weren’t busy and had the people to clean.
