We came here for the first time on October 24th and had dinner. They were busy, but we were still seated immediately. The food and service was great and we will definitely keep coming here to eat.

I’ve been to this chilis many times. Some experiences worse then others but today I was extremely dissatisfied. The servers were nice but innatentive. I had to ask for my drink everytime for a refill. I had also asked for my food grilled rather then breaded and I got breaded. Had to send it back. I had a big black hair in my soup after eating most of it

I did a walk in order for the Bacon Rancher burger..
I requested the bacon to be cooked “crispy” and placed on the side.
When I got home there was only one patty on the burger
[There is supposed to have 2 patties] .. and there were only 2 slices of bacon (there are supposed to be 6) ..and they were only medium cooked

After a long time, we returned to Chili’s to try their new specials. They did not disappoint. Food was served fast and with care, and the service was phenomenal! Big thanks to our server, Alan, and the GM who came and gave us the last slice of cheesecake! We will definitely be back! The peanut butter pie was delicious too!!

Chili’s in Rio Rancho was really good.. me and my fire crew had dinner here. The service was good and the food was delicious. I do recommend. Parking was not a problem, the place was nice and well kept!

food was good, but gosh lee, drinks have a nasty taste, fishy sewage type of taste. sodas not have full flavor, bland. water just gross. they need to clean the fountain drink lines , they probably have mold building up in those lines.

My mom and I just had Valentine’s Day lunch at this chili’s. As usual everything was exceptional, the food was hot, the drinks were cold. Our server was a wonderful young lady by the name of Chloe. She put in a special request for my Margarita to not be super sweet and it came out perfect. She was very hopeful in guiding us through exactly what we wanted on the menu. 5 stars all the way!

Always outstanding service, every waiter/waitress ALWAYS goes above and beyond this location outmatch anyone in the area. Food always comes out piping hot and if you are coming alone or with a group of people just know that you are in good hands . Bonus review, Manager tends to walk around and asks each table how is the food which I find fantastic because they value their customers input and due diligence to make sure your meal is up to your standards for this type of chain restaurant. Will we be coming back? Always when payday hits to take out the whole fam-bam.

Went to pick up our online order only to get home with the Nashville mozzarella sticks container opened and had Nashville sauce spilled all over the rest of the food and containers they also forgot our queso. Now I know why the last time we ate at chilies was in April. Very disappointing and upsetting.

I waited 5 minutes in the to go area with multiple people walking by me and not saying a word. After 5 minutes, the bar guy came to me after passing me and asked was I here to pick up an order. I stated yes and he went and retrieved the order. I asked him if that was the whole order and he stated it should be.
