Well I’m going to give them five stars, because they are absolutely polite to everybody… And there food preparation and presentation are on point.
Great family atmosphere- I’m the only riff Raff they let in
But seriously… This is the Green goddess salad, and broccoli cheddar soup straight fire I tell you

I have NO idea if this Panera just had a bad day but this Panera is absolutely disgusting!! There’s no way the staff should be seeing this mess and not doing anything about this! This place requires management oversight ASAP!

I attempted to use a gift card at this location, but the register showed it as inactive. I later learned it had not been activated at purchase, so it couldn’t be redeemed. As the recipient, I wasn’t able to resolve the issue. Disappointing experience overall.

I had everything bagels with cream cheese and butter, and green tea. It hit the spot. My friend had soup and salad. The service was friendly and fast. We enjoyed our booth seating two. It was private and yet open enough to enjoy the restaurant’s atmosphere. I loved the Bible quote from John posted in the front. The only reason why I gave the atmosphere only four stars is that some tables were stacked with dirty dishes. I cleared the table across from us.

Please help this staff!! Guy at the front is doing a hundred things at once. This place, so unpredictable. I would like to think you guys can do better. This is proof of very bad management. 🙁

It’s Panera, so you get exactly what you’re there for. Love their mac and cheese and baguette with butter. My favorite treat is the pecan pastry. They are pretty quick about getting your order unless it’s lunch time on a weekday.

This Panera Bread is always busy, mostly because it is the shopping area of The Shops at Briargate. They have upgraded to self order kiosks but still have a counter to order from if you want to order with someone. The kiosks are nice, easy and fast. They allow you not to feel pressured when ordering and to know what your options are on the menu.

The only downfall is that as a first time user of the kiosks we did not know that the drinks we ordered were self serve rather than picking them up (since they were specialty rather than just fountain drinks). When we inquired about the drinks we were rudely instructed that the drinks were self serve and then turned away from. I believe that if this is the human interaction that I am going to get when doing most of the process myself, then do away with all of the team members except for those that prepare food. It is sad that a screen can give better customer service and explanation of options than a team member can.

The food was very good and looked and tasted fresh. The tables were clean and the trash was not full. I would go back since I dont have to interact with the rude employees and can do most of the ordering and delivery myself.

I find myself at this panera at least once or twice a week because it is walking distance from my work and one of the only options i like. But time and time again I am completely disappointed by timing. The app telling me my order will be ready by a certain time and then getting there and it being ready literally 20 minutes later is actually outrageous and beyond frustrating. like especially when I only have a certain amount of time to take a break and i’m spending my entire 30 minute lunch waiting for my food???? something so clearly needs to change because this is not okay. i honestly just wish the app was accurate on timing based on how busy it is because then id know how far ahead i would need to make my order??? so anyways now ive been in here for 20 minutes when according to the app my food should have been ready 25 minutes ago.

Under new management??? We came in for dinner at 6pm and they ran out of three different soups in the 40 minutes we were waiting for our food. Prices have gotten outrageous for the quality and the service has taken an obvious dip. Tables and bathrooms were unclean, self serve drinks were empty, and our order took about 40 minutes for 1 cup of soup, 1 grilled cheese, and a pizza. And the kicker is…when we got our food it was already cold. The atmosphere has also become much more of a cafeteria feeling than a cozy dining experience over the years. If we hadn’t had a gift card this would have been a complete miss. Next time we’ll go to Modern Market instead!
