New Mexican food away from home my boyfriend picked up some Southwest Sabor by his work and I’ve been wanting to try it for ages! It was absolutely delicious!! We loved every single bite. It really did remind me of being home in New Mexico we got the green chile fries, rodeo burger and classic bacon burger. The fries are delicious and the burger is not heavy at all. Full of flavor! The green chile was just delicious!!! Ahhhh, we will definitely keep getting food from here when they’re around town ♥️ great job!!!!

Amazing. We have been waiting for quite awhile for authentic New Mexican food to come back to Vegas, and this place DELIVERED! Easy to find the truck, great service, pretty reasonable prices, and DELICIOUS food!! The chicken enchiladas, smothered burrito, smothered fries, and the burger were top notch. Forgot to order sopapillas, so we’ll be back ASAP. 🙂

Delicious taste of New Mexican home cooking. Highly recommend the enchiladas, carne adovada, green chili beef stew, and sopapillas. Currently serving out of a commissary kitchen so no atmosphere to speak of. Food is great. Can’t wait to see them get bigger and better. Las Vegas needs a taste of New Mexico.

Absolute AMAZING food. It’s so hard to find real sopapillas and green chili out here and this was EVERY thing I have been looking for. I got the green chili enchiladas and an order of Sopapillas. Wish I would have tasked a picture maybe next time!
