they haven’t been asking for my number for my points on the app and when i tell them i have a phone number with them so i can actually get my points they never look up my account or get the phone number wrong and Aamaiya was “typing it in manually” yet still didn’t even get my account i would understand if this was a one time thing but this has happened multiple times by multiple people who work here except for one and i wish i got her name but this is ridiculous because i can’t get my points so i can get off on my bowls when i come here very frequently…i suppose ur gonna lose a customer

Bought a Coco Cabana bowl with a banana base from the store on State Street. Base was frozen. Called and was told they are always frozen, but you can come back snd we will replace it. With what? Another frozen one? No thsnk you. Will not go there again. They one in New Hartford never has a frozen base.
