Mercado Little Spain was such a unique and fun find — we loved it so much, we went back a second time. There are so many different food options to explore, and everything we tried was delicious.
The atmosphere feels lively and authentic, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
If you enjoy discovering new flavors and shared dining experiences, I’d highly recommend stopping by Mercado Little Spain.

Mercado Little Spain is an incredible experience — not just a restaurant, but a true celebration of Spanish culture and food!
The moment you walk in, you feel transported to Madrid or Barcelona with the lively atmosphere, beautiful décor, and the smell of authentic Spanish dishes.
There are so many delicious options — from tapas and paella to churros, jamón, and fresh seafood. Everything is full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, happy to help you explore different tastes from Spain.
It’s also fun just to walk around the market area, grab a coffee, or try something sweet like churros con chocolate. Perfect for families, students, or friends looking to experience something unique in New York.
Mercado Little Spain is truly a must-visit — a little piece of Spain in the heart of Manhattan!

Okay…I took my French fries home because they do NOT serve ketchup….other than that…it was a delicious mix of lovely service, laughter, great food, fast margaritas….and guacamole. Loved the spices and conversation with the team about them.

I just can’t say enough good about this place. We stumbled upon this place by accident and after one hour here, we canceled our evening reservation at a high end restaurant. The food and drink was so good, and authentic,we felt like we were in Spain. They have so many good items that you just can’t find at any usual grocery store. It was busy, but we could still have a conversation and our server was very helpful navigating us through foods that we have never experienced. It’s not cheap, but not expensive either. You get what you pay for.

Love the food! I’ve tried so many flans in my lifetime and I even make a really good one, the one they sell here is solid! Not the best I’ve tried but definitely good. The carilleras were absolutely delicious. I could easily eat 2-3 plates of that.

Very nice food hall localized under the The Edge. Several options for Spanish food, one better than the other. I also stayed for a while at the “Bar Celona” sipping some beers and sangrias, and the sangrias were very good! We had a pizza and an empanada at Manlo, which were also very good.

Absolutely loved the lively and cheerful ambiance! The place is full of energy with an amazing selection of food and drinks to please every taste. It feels like stepping into a vibrant Spanish marketplace where you can sample a wide range of delicious tapas. The bar service is excellent, and it’s great that you can enjoy your drink while exploring around. The only tiny hiccup was figuring out where to order, but once settled, everything flowed smoothly. A wonderful spot for families and friends to relax, laugh, and enjoy a flavorful experience.

Exceptional food. Excellent atmosphere. Service is tops, except at the coffee shop. Yet their orchata coffee and the torta de queso (cheesecake) are a must try! The ibérico ham and cheese flautas (sandwiches) are also at par. Beers, wines, all good!
