I eat here frequently and really enjoy the birria ramen and tacos. However, the girl who normally works the cash register (dark eyebrows, dark hair usually in a bun) is rude and unfriendly. Every time I come here she is working and it never fails. Zero communication skills does not talk or smile AT ALL and always seems miserable.

Awful service. I ordered birria tacos and was given a birria quesadilla. When I pointed out the mistake, they refused to fix it. The lady helping me was rude, dismissive, and clearly unhappy, and acted like she didn’t want to help customers at all. She does not know the difference betweeen birria tacos and a quesadilla de birria, which is unacceptable. This is the second time this has happened. If customer service is a problem for her, she should consider a job that does not involve dealing with people. Poor training, no accountability, and terrible service. I will not be returning.
