When I brought this to the attention of staff, I was disappointed by the response. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, which added to the frustration of receiving a meal that was not properly prepared.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the way concerns are handled makes a significant difference. I hope you will address both the food quality and customer service issues so future customers do not have a similar experience.
I will start with the only positive thing I have to say, and that is the Onion rings and they were very good. Sad that it was the only thing edible so we were left hungry, but if you are going to go here, I’d say you better get the Rings!
Pizza, not good! The sauce they use had zero flavor. I feel you can get jarred sauce that would be a thousand times better!
The pizza looks nice in the box, so it was confusing when we tried it and could not understand why it was so bad.
Biggest complaint is, we PAID $1.99 each for 3 toppings. One of the toppings was Cream cheese and there was 1 dollop on the whole pizza, so not only were we disappointed with the taste of the pizza but felt ripped off.
Additional info on the toppings encase anyone makes it this far. Pepperoni, if you like the curled up crunchy peps, then you may like these. But they burnt ours and they just fell off the pizza. Hamburger was ok, but would compare to pizza hut hamburger at best, do not expect top of the line pizza topping here
Crust, it was thick and reminds you of cheap Costco pizza or something but sad thing is it didn’t even compare to cheap retail store pizza. Like i said disappointing!
Update 12/2/25
Timber Creek reached out after my review and issued a refund—even though I didn’t request one—which I truly appreciated. Because of their customer service, I updated my Service rating to 4 stars & 3 overall bc you can tell they want to give good service.
I still stand by my comments regarding the food. They mentioned that they spread out the cream cheese so you won’t see chunks, but it was completely unnoticeable in taste as well. I’d recommend adding more cream cheese to the pizzas moving forward. If I hear they’ve made that adjustment, I’d be happy to give them another try..
Just getting old and crabby when it comes to portions and product quality but I would definitely pass on these next time until someone in the kitchen watches a few culinary videos on YouTube shorts.
We enjoyed the Korean meatballs and liked the Brussel sprouts appetizer. If I were to order the sprouts again I would get the sauce on the side. Definately more than enough for two people.
On an early Friday afternoon the place was really quiet. The other patrons barely talked at all. The loudest thing was the yacht rock background music and the worker talking to the delivery guy.
We were satisfied with our lunch. I handed the server my card as she laid down the bill. Unfortunately as I looked at the bill we were charged $15.22 for the $9.99 pizza and salad lunch special. When I asked about it the server didn’t know because the other worker rang it up. She came back after taking the $3 pizza upcharge off. The upcharge was for a specialty pizza but we ordered just sausage. We thanked her but then asked about other $2.23. She argued that the sausage was $1.99. Which was confusing since the menu said one topping. We were not being demanding just asking for an explanation. The other worker came out from the back with another receipt taking off the $2.23 saying the lunch special doesn’t ring up right. We liked the food and the laid back atmosphere but probably won’t be back since the whole thing felt a little shady.
My wife told the waitress it was my birthday and they gave me a free smores pizza, which was so nice. Our kids sang happy birthday to me, and everyone clapped after. Very lovely evening with the family.
