I got steak & chicken fajitas with a horchata while waiting on Nissan to deal with my ride.
The portions were gigantic, and I’ll surely need 2-3 meals to polish it all off. The fare was salty, but it’s in the style of TexMex so that’s hardly a surprise. The horchata was excellent, if you’re into that. The fajitas were tasty, but a fajita is an assembled item so its success largely depends on what you have on hand. They provided 3 flour tortillas, but 4 to 6 would have been more appropriate for the amount of food provided. The plate came with heaped servings of seasoned diced tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole, pleasantly moist rice, and a side container of strained refried beans. There is also lettuce and cut peppers.

They do not have charbroiled chicken because of a lack of permitting. They said it would be a few months. I look forward to trying their chicken…if they can stay open for that long.
