Don’t expect for the elderly lady taking your order to let you know that it would be best to get a platter with what you want instead of telling her what you want. I wanted a chicken taco and rice and beans was charged $2.75 For the taco, no problem but was charged $5 for about 4 ounces of rice and $3 for about 4 ounces of beans. Instead of telling me about a platter for the same price with what I wanted and with more items she charged me the sides price for a total of $8 for a small serving of rice and small serving of beans. When I asked to change my order to a platter, I was told the person in the back had already made my order. Which obviously was a lie because why would it take 10 minutes to put chicken in a taco and scoop beans into a container and rice into a container! Needless to say it’s not about customer service but about how much you can get out of a customer you’ve never seen before so why care. P.S. the beans were bland and the taco had about a teaspoon full of chopped chicken. Oh and the receipt said yellow rice but my rice was plain ol’ white rice I guess the yellow rice rings up for more than the white rice. Would give zero stars if I could. AVOID THIS RIP OFF SPOT, FOOD IS NOT GOOD AND THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU NOT KNOWING THEIR OVER CHARGING TACTICS!!!

I was sad when Lilly sold City Deli, but the new place, M&K is excellent and I’m really excited they’re here. I’ve gone several times for taco Tuesday and the tacos are excellent! They also have the best sweet plantains. I look forward to many more great lunches here.

Ordered a chicken Cesar wheat wrap with fries (was told that they don’t have chips). They got very busy and gave my food to someone by mistake. Went back to my desk to find I only had 6 or 7 french fries ♀️Fir the amount of money I spent on that I should have gotten a huge handful. Will never go there again. Sorry
