After reading the reviews, I decided to give Fully Loaded 315 a try. Being a carb girl, I love a good baked potato. This is one of the best I’ve ever eaten. It was cooked to perfection, so fluffy and tender skinned. I asked for toppings of steak, green onions, butter, and sour cream. Staff ask if I wanted anything else. I told her to surprise me. So a drizzle of cheese sauce and broccoli completed the meal. The steak was so tender and perfectly seasoned and the broccoli wasn’t mushy. It has to weigh about two pounds and was only $12! So happy I went and will definitely go back.

(My experience) The flavor of the food is average. Nothing really gives me the “I would definitely have again” vibe. The potato is rather big, cooked pretty well and has a nice fluff to it. My opinion, I think $12 is a bit too much considering the toppings are small in portion size.
The grits are bland, the shrimp was way too over cooked and chewy. The shrimp tasted oddly like octopus and not in an enjoyable way. I’d recommend a seasoning change and lower cooking temps when it comes to shrimp. The bacon was the best part.

Every time we’ve gotten food here it’s SO good! I’ve never had a quesadilla that good I’ll get one every single time. Prices are really great, service is great, and everyone is really nice! I think this will be my new Monday night dinner for our household.

Definitely one of the better new restaurants to open in town. The food was extremely good, the staff seem nice. I wasn’t too sure what to order so I just went simple with a mac& cheese with steak order. The women taking the order suggested I add some onions and peppers to the order and wow it was absolutely delicious and bursting flavor.
