Although the food and service were okay, the appalling amount of trash everywhere was the worst I’ve ever seen in any fast-food restaurant.
There were at least 4-5 employees working at the time, so why one of them couldn’t attend to the dining area is inexplicable. There was food all over the floor and tables hadn’t been wiped off in quite some time too. The bathrooms also were in need of attention.
I hope the manager on duty will be made aware of this issue. We found it hard to believe he/she could not know about it.

This place was just nasty. There were probably about five employees at least standing around as they weren’t busy whatsoever, but only one singular table was “clean”. There were random puddles everywhere and a decent amount of food and mud(?) all over the tables and floor. Both the white and brown rice was hard as a rock. I would have asked for them to make some fresh rice but the employee who served me was super rude from the get go and I didn’t even want to bother. Overall, would not recommend this chipotle to anyone who enjoys food and cleanliness.

We came in about 45 minutes before closing. It was questionable on whether or not we were going to stay based off of the way, the food service line looked. All of the containers were slashed about none of it look like it had been wiped down and some of it looked very aged. Not only was that not taken care of, but they were also out of lettuce after one of us and guacamole was not and option Along with additional drinks that were no longer available. The service was mediocre, it looked like everybody was more interested in leaving than waiting the last 45 minutes of the day. The restaurant itself was also under construction best I can tell, and had not been cleaned in a minute. Luckily, the food was really good because everything else just did not stand up to par. I would say if you’re going to eat here do yourself a favor and get it to go that way you don’t know what happened inside and you don’t have to find a clean place to sit.

I ordered online and spent 55 dollars and got 3 bowls and 1 burrito! The bowls were no where close to what we normally get. Super disappointed! We didn’t receive any fajita veggies on any of the bowls but we also asked for extra rice and beans yet clearly didn’t get that either. We order from here all the time. And have anlways been pleased until today. Also one of my sons asked for light rice and when we opened his bowl it was literally a very small portion of rice with a few beans and meat… also no fajita veggies! I paid almost 12 dollars just for his alone!!! I Didn’t get a picture because he consumed it before I could get a photo. I wasted 55 dollars!

Worst Chipotle we’ve ever been to.
They gave a sorry amount of food for a nearly $14 bowl that was nearly entirely rice. The girl on the line gave half portions of meat and tried to argue about cheese like she milked the cow herself. Tried to say “she gave 4oz. Any more and she was charging double”. I told her that Chipotle’s policy to charge for meat, guac, and queso, not to argue about cheese. She gave me major attitude for someone who definitely hand sprinkled “4oz” like it was pixie dust and continued to argue. If you’re only serving 4oz at this sorry franchise, I expect to see it measured.
We asked for cheese as one of our son’s sides on his kids’ meal, like we always do, and again she gave major attitude, tried to argue, and with an eye roll she filled 1/3 a small side cup of cheese.
Then we were charged for a large soda when we ordered a small, only to find three of the drinks were out. And we were never even given baskets for dine in. No doubt the staff didn’t want to wash them.
Rip off location with worse service. Save your money.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and ordered three of their new chicken protein cups. The worker put half a scoop in the cup and didn’t even fill the tiny cup with chicken. when I asked for a whole scoop the rude lady next to her chimed in and said they only give that much. I told her that yesterday they filled the cup up and she said yesterday they did it wrong. They need to hire people who know what they’re doing because clearly this lady doesn’t have a clue about dealing with customers. First time I’ve ever walked out of a chipotle mid-order. Instead I went straight to Popeyes and ordered blackened tenders and they actually gave me one extra without me asking. That’s how you take care of the customer. Chipotle could learn something from them.

Not a great location as others have pointed out. When I went, they were totally out of forks. Not a single one in the place. Also, I had to ask for paper towels as those were out. Cleanliness was not great but I’ve seen worse. Food was as expected. Finally, there was a beeping coming from the fire panel the whole time I was there, which ruined the vibes and didn’t make me feel that safe fire wise.
Update: went back 7 days later and the fire system error beep was still going off. I had to eat outside as the beeping was maddening. They were also out of water cups and made me buy a small soda cup for a few dollars if I wanted water.

My husband and I love eating at Chipotle. We stopped at this location to get us a bowl to bring home and eat & neither one of us ordered anything that was spicy at all & we can’t even eat our food because it has set our mouths on fire. I ordered the chicken bowl & my husband got the steak bowl. We only got the regular stuff like lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese on it & it is fire hot. The other Chipotles we have eaten at, we have not had this issue. I tried to call them, but they are not taking phone calls at all. We wasted our $$$.

Absolutely disgustingly filthy. Table tops had food on them. Garbage cans full. Service line filthy. No napkins, straws or utensils. Paper and food all over the floor. I do not know how the health department has not shut them down. Staff was rude. Didn’t speak to customers, acted like we were bothering them.

This place was very dirty, trash everywhere, no table was cleaned, out of most of the food( I hope i don’t get sick) the beverage bar was so messed up, and employee came to it two times and never bothered picking anything up, I can’t believe the management let’s this place go like this. Came here once before and posted the same thing, thought I would give them another chance, never again!
