Bad staff clised it at 733 pm today its supposed to be open till 9pm fake hours they qwickly removed the hours when i snaped photos posted a screenshot of my phine at the time of upload roughly 5 minutes after incident

This place advertises opening hours that it almost never adheres to. Today I left work at 7 a.m. and waited for about 20 minutes for them to open, even though they say they open at 7. I still couldn’t eat. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Don’t advertise opening hours you’re not going to keep.

Service wasnt terrible but, we showed up at 7:30 and was told the lobby was closed so carry out only. They then proceeded to close the gate at 7:40 and stopped making various menu items. Then we see enployees packing up and walking out of the gate at 7:55pm…When you say the restaurant closes at 8 someone should be able to order anything on the menu UNTIL EIGHT. Then we get home and this was their version of a 3 piece chicken tender combo. Was excited to have a Carl’s jr back on this side of town but EPIC FAIL

Pretty compact place Carl’s Jr. has here, honestly. Even for my tiny green frame, I felt a tad claustraphobic in the dining area.
Outside that, the place was kept clean and tidy, and the two gentlemen working the joint wete pretty rad and relaxed. The food is good, too. Not the best out there, buuuuut it is the better Carl’s Jr.

I Felt like I was a nuisance to the staff. My Burger was dry & cold. Couldn’t even melt the cheese. Obviously it was cooked well in advance and was left sitting for a while. The whole point of a char broiled Burger is the freshness.
