I went here last weekend with my boyfriend for breakfast, the seating area wasn’t very clean but we found a booth that was okay. Our food didn’t take long because we called ahead, and when we went to grab silverware all of the forks were dirty. My boyfriend asked the staff in the back if they could wash two of the forks for us and after a long wait they refilled the entire fork bin and somehow they were all dirtier than before! There were chunks of food inbetween every prong and the knives also had heavy residue on them and they were dripping wet. During all of this our server was nowhere to be found and we ended up getting plastic single-use cutlery from the dispenser outside of the seating area. By then the food was lukewarm and potatoes had gone cold, the taste was fine but mediocre overall and my boyfriend and I both decided not to dine-in if we ever wanted breakfast from there again.

HyChi food was lukewarm at best. We all wanted the $7.99 two entree deal being offered. Really didn’t want any rice with one meal just the two entrees, but the server kind of rudely informed us she had to serve specific portions, so I had to get rice even though I didn’t want it. We walked past at least 8 dirty tables until we found one that was clean. Not a good experience at HyVee. It was 1:45 pm on the 4th of July.

Horrible! Spent $80 on Walburgers and sushi. Paid extra for bacon and etc on my burger and didn’t get it. To add insult to injury instead of making me fresh hot sushi they went and grabbed me old cold sushi off the HyVee isle that was about to expire. Never eating here again and will be contacting Walburgers on Facebook.

Great atmosphere! Great food! Great service! Steven, our server, was the best! We never had to ask for anything because he was so conscientious. My daughters and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. The food was very fresh and delicious!

Service was great. My shrimp was undercooked and the hostess and manager went above and beyond to make sure all was well. I received a new order along with an extra side of shrimp all at no charge. I hadn’t been looking for a free meal just a good one. They delivered.

It was about 7:30 when we got there and sat down and they closed at 10. They literally started closing the place down with us sitting there eating. We were one of a handful of tables in the restaurant when they started sweeping, mopping and putting all of the chairs up in the entire restaurant while in the middle of our meal. I have never experienced such terrible service and from the entire staff. The manager of the restaurant was the one encouraging them to do all of these things so we couldn’t even say anything. It was like we were a burden to them even though they didn’t close for another two hours. We will not be going again.

We were in the mood for a hamburger and knew their Sunday special was buy 1 get 1 half off and showed up during happy hour and enjoyed our beers for half off as well. Good selection of Iowa craft beers and regional favorites. My mushroom swiss burger was perfectly medium rare , mom enjoyed her cheeseburger and dad as usual, the BLT. Fries and tater tots done to perfect.crispiness. They were very busy and could have used some.more servers, get.out drinks and condiments took alot longer than we would have liked , but food was good!

I came in and waited to be seated with many others. After a few minutes they still did not acknowledge that you are there and waiting. At least let customers know that there is a wait or at minimum let them know you are not intentionally being ignored (especially when there is clearly a few open booths). First and last time I will come here at “busy” times. I left to go somewhere else.

You have got to eat here! Came for an early “Christmas” dinner the weekend before. We each got something different and then tried each others. The chicken from the sesame chicken was chunks of chicken. Not grisly or pressed together bits. The sesame glaze was just fantastic!
