I took my grandsons. I ordered a nacho bellgrande with light beans extra meat. This is what I got, lighter is just to show size of box.

I live 2 miles from the Taco Bell on Dayton road in Newark Ohio. I’ve been to it a few dozen times since they opened. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They are Always Always Always out of stuff. Today it was chicken and Mexican pizza crust. I have only once been able to get everything I tried to order. I honestly don’t know how they legitimately have as many 5 star reviews as they do. Practically every negative review I have experienced. This makes me very sad to post this negative of a review but I feel people should know. I have given this location chance after chance. I think they would get better but they haven’t at all. I am done with this location no matter have close and convenient it is and will not be back. If you order inside it does take much longer to get your food than thru the drive thru but at least you can get your own silverware and sauce with they frequently don’t give you in the drive thru.

The staff are kind and honest about making mistakes it is 14 minutes from my house it is great there the staff are being trained so you do have to have a little more patience then with more experience staff but I still highly recommend it to everyone

Given that this location has only been open for a very short time I think they’re doing pretty well. Our 1st order we thought it would be easier to use the app but unfortunately someone also decided to steal our order off the shelf.
There have been mistakes but nothing too detrimental but after a couple more months this won’t be so easily overlooked
It’s s usually my stuff, I just don’t want lettuce on my food.
Overall I have to say that the employees at this location are extremely pleasant and as a family were happy to have this as an alternative for dinner.

This would be a great place to start a Taco Bell. What’s here is you should shut it down because it sucks. They’re always out of stuff guacamole lettuce pop today. I go through the drive-through. They don’t even have silverware hot sauce. Who’s the GM better yet? Who’s the regional this place? Absolutely sucks. Why did you build it here for Someone needs to get their act together
