I love dutch bros. It’s definitely one of my favorite places to get coffee or a sweet treat. This dutch bros in particular is very nice and the service is very good. They are kind and depending on the time of day can be very talkative. I went inside instead of the drive-through, and my drink came out in about one to two minutes. The man taking my order was very nice but did not talk as much as others, but I assume that is because they were busy. The inside was clean but definitely not cozy like a traditional coffee shop, but if you want traditional coffee, you’re probably not going to Dutch Bros. I got the carmelizer, which was very good and a cranberry orange muffin top, which was also excellent. Overall, this place was great, and I will definitely be back!!!

Congrats on saving yourself from my dangerous $100 bill. I know counterfeiting is rampant in our upscale suburb. When your policy left me unable to pay, naturally you couldn’t just comp a $4 drink because that would be *crazy*. Just lost thousands in lifetime revenue over four bucks. Genius business move.

Came to this location and ordered a coffee with a splash of cream in the drive through. When I got to the window my coffee was very light and had too much cream for me to be able to drink. I politely asked for less cream, even suggesting to dump some off the top and just add some more coffee to even it out. The female employee with red hair at the drive through register rudely told me next time I need to ask for “light cream” if I want the coffee to be made this way. I again, very politely, told them that I asked for a splash of cream but she insisted that it was my error and I need to say light cream next time. Very strange hill to die on (light versus splash of cream seems like the same thing to me) but the whole interaction was unpleasant and unnecessary. I’m sure the person who took my order just entered it wrong by mistake, no big deal, but being rude is never a good way to handle situations like these. I appreciated that they remade my coffee, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude and issues that came with it. For 6+ dollars I am going to make sure my coffee is drinkable before I leave, I don’t think that is unreasonable. Would not go to this location over the many others in the area.

While i love dutch bros, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. We spent 15min just waiting for the car infront of us to stop chatting to the employees. In the future, it would be nice if there was a specific fast lane for people in a rush and for order aheads.

Great drinks, huge selection. This location has an outdoor patio. Inside has 2 seating areas. Bar area has outlets for charging your devices and bar stools. Spotless bathrooms and clean interior. Drink sizes are normal. Great for kids and adults. Don’t forget to get a punch card to get a free drink!

Dutch Bros served my 4-year-old daughter a smoothie that had an entire hard-plastic, blender-lid centerpiece ground up into the smoothie. I’m not sure how much plastic she consumed, but there were dozens of large and small shards of plastic when we dumped out the cup. There was so much plastic in our sink, it took an hour of cleaning to get my garbage disposal working again. We notified Dutch Bros. and their response was a generic, canned email offering a couple free drinks. There was zero concern over or questions from Dutch Bros. regarding my daughter health after consuming their plastic-filled drink.
