I spent a month in Springfield for work and I can’t give Norms enough praise through a keyboard. Simple menu with great food but my favorite thing about Norms was the people. This is a very friendly and welcoming environment. 10/10 would recommend.

The bartender, Jill, always has my drink ready and sitting in front of my stool when I walk in. She always goes out of her way to make sure we are having a good time and well taken care of. She is knowledgeable about the menu. I was having a hard time deciding on what I wanted to drink, Jill was quick to give excellent suggestions and ended up mixing up the BEST Moscow Mule I have ever had (and believe me I’ve had more than a few).
It’s refreshing to go to a bar where your bartender can have an actual conversation with you instead of standing behind the bar staring at their phone.
Jill is one of the few ‘OG’ bartenders around. They don’t make them like that anymore. Thanks for a good time, you are awesome.

I highly recommend Norm’s Bar & Grill! I was on a road trip from California and stopped in for dinner and a few drinks. We started with a couple orders of Drummies, and I ordered a Breaded Chicken Sandwich with bacon and cheese, along with an order of fries. Everything was EXCELLENT! Service was quick and friendly. I’m glad we stopped at Norm’s!

Cornerstone of the community of Springfield. As you read the rest of the reviews you will see that there is a consistency in the description of how the food tastes. I agree with this. Yes, the food is good and it is appropriately priced as well. This place has different ownership now. A young lady by the name of Megan owns this joint now. I have lived in Springfield over 30 years and when I am out and about visiting with people in places other than Springfield I have people ask me about Norms. Some people still think the old corrupt mayor Norm still owns this place. I just ran into Megan today and told her she needs to change the name to Megs bar or Megans place. I think Megs Bar would be cool. Can someone please help me start an online petition for this?

Stopped for chow and a cold drink. Will is the best bartender. Always greets ya with smile, makes sure you have a drink in front of ya before ya even get settled in and has impeccable timing to have a replacement when you’re ready.

We eat at Norm’s nearly every time we come to Springfield. For a bar, the menu has lots of options for diners. You will also get prompt courteous service and piping hot food. Beats a chain restaurant any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
