I’ve ordered several times online, Everytime they never heat or toast anything. Cold chicken, cold bread, cold sandwich. If you don’t watch everything they do, they are lazy. Hardest cookies I’ve ever had from a subway to. Waste of money.

One star is saying too much about this location. Ran by minors to say the least. One had a huge bonnet on, another with wings for eyelashes and the male had an unkept haircut. When attempting to order to-go, the male decided to utter something that we didn’t catch but the group assumed funny. He then retracted by sayin, “I’m just playing, we only taking online orders” This was interesting as this wasn’t posted on the door when we walked in. As we proceeded out, we betted on being clever and ordering online as instructed only to find that the online ordering system was disabled. My mother-in-law went back in to show them how not funny this situation was. At that point, we had decided on somewhere else. Business owners, I implore you that if hiring minors to run your establishment, please have adult supervision that understands the standards of the brand and customer service. Don’t be surprised when your sales are low on this day.

My first online order was terrible. The sandwich was sloppy made. Drenched in mayo, and they didnt even cut it in half, nor did they wrap the sandwich all the way up. That was definitely the first and last time i will be ordering online. CLEARLY we gotta be standing right in from of them for it to be done correctly.

I am only giving them one star because the young lady preparing my food did not wear a mask. I thought any food establishment facing customers were required to wear masks. I took the food — but once I got home — really started thinking about it and through the food away. I really didn’t want to take the chance since I am in Aberdeen visiting my 74 year old mother who just had surgery and is in the hospital. I am trying to find out who the owner is and let them know. I am also going to contact the health department. This is really serious and I don’t think it is being taken seriously by the business owners in this town. Both places I went to eat in Aberdeen I found the servers are not wearing masks.

I wanted Tina they were out. Settled for a steak and cheese sandwich which is not what my taste buds wanted. Ask for banana peppers, she put so many peppers on there I ask her to take more than half of them off. I know Subway has a portion control she should have been aware of
