We waited over an hour and a half for our DoorDasher to pick up our order and eventually decided to grab it ourselves. The team at Qdoba was so kind and helpful—they even gave us a few coupons for next time. Really appreciated their thoughtfulness and great customer service. We’ll definitely be back!

Burrito Bowl was good. Customer service was excellent. I had one guy talk us through the menu, not knowing I’d been to Qdoba Mexican Eats several times. I enjoyed that he took the time & effort to let us know about our options. The establishment was clean and a little busy. The bathrooms were clean. The tables were dirty, but I saw 2-3 people working, so maybe they were short-handed—good Job for excellent customer service.

It’s been awhile since I have ate at QDOBA. No line but stood at the counter to be acknowledged by a staff member for a few minutes. Three staff looked at me and kept doing whatever they were doing. Once I was helped the food looked like it had been sitting there for a while. Food was not nearly worth the $20 paid (includes drink). Instantly regretted eating here. In comparison to chipotle— well worth here is no comparison, it’s chipotle hands down.

Had an amazing experience at Qdoba Mexican Eats! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming, making the visit even better.
I ordered the bowl in a shell, and it was hands down the most delicious bowl I’ve had. The best part? The crunchy shell that adds the perfect texture to every bite and the soft, fresh guacamole—which is free (yes, free guac!).
Definitely planning to visit again! If you’re craving great Mexican food with fresh ingredients, this place is a must-try.

We are extremely disappointed with our recent catering order. The order arrived incomplete — the tortillas were missing, there was no queso, and a second order of steak was supposedly “combined into one tray.” This meant I had to tell our team of 55 people to eat without tortillas and without the full menu we promised them.
When I called to resolve the issue, I was initially told that nothing could be done because the order was verified and complete. Driver called us liars and said he ensured the order was delivered in full and completely correct. Even said that he personally ensured 3 trays of queso was in the box. But no, there was no queso, no tortillas and only 1 tray of steak.
However, much later they admitted that the tortillas had been forgotten and delivered them halfway through our celebration — far too late to be useful. Then, magically without a phone call to give notice, the queso was delivered after everyone had already finished eating. The steak portion was definitely shorted, as there was clearly the same amount as 1 of the 2 trays of the chicken trays we received. Why would you even combine 2 orders into 1 tray? Fajita veggies, beans, and rice were all under cooked.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable, especially for a catering order of this size and cost. They basically called us liars, even though they lied to us multiple times. They finally apologized with 15 stale brownies, a FRACTOINAL refund, and 3 entree coupons. We already had a second order placed for the day. But moving forward our event planning team will be looking else where.

I’ve been ordering qdoba 1-3 time a month. Usually order for next days lunch since I don’t have time. I ordered online and pick up. I was the only one in restaurant at that time. The staff seems like they don’t want to be there. They weren’t friendly at all and acted like I’m bothering them
An elderly Mexican lady was making my food. I looked in the bag and she forgot the condiments l ordered. The portions looked smaller in size from my previous orders. I didn’t say anything and left. Next day when getting my food ready for lunch. I noticed there were no meat at all in the bowl. Only vegetables. I called the restaurant, the guy that answered sounds nice. He ask me to wait and a girl got on the phone. Her tones sounded like she was annoyed and said she’ll refund me money back. It will take 2-3 days. She just wanted to get me off the phone.

I always believe Qdoba to be better than chipotle. It generally is, however this specific location has been noticeable degrading in food quality. I have have previous orders from this location that have appeared underserved or had lots of nerves in the steak/bad meat quality, hard rice grains, etc.
I have never bothered to write a review about that because I believed it to be just bad luck.
However, this time it’s different. There is an undeniable negligence in the preparation of the food. My dad ordered a burrito and I have posted pictures of the bits of the onion that aren’t cut completely and still attached to the stub. This is ridiculous. On top of that the onions tasted like gross.
Further, the beans taste stale. The fajitas are not fresh and the burrito has given a terrible after taste that is unlike anything he’s tasted before.
Completely unacceptable. The burrito was thrown away.
I only put two stars because I hope this is representative of the whole brand.
