The food was so good! I would definitely return and try something else on the menu. If something you want isn’t on the menu, ask your server for suggestions because they may be able to create it. I’m not a beef person but the beef was good. The drinks were okay but the food very much made up for it. And the staff is super friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed Spoon for the first time on Wednesday evening. It. Was. Amazing. The service from Diamond (bartender) and Ashley (general manager) was top notch. I’m not currently drinking, but the cocktail menu looked amazing. I’m still thinking about the cheese roll appetizers. We cannot wait to go back!

The atmosphere is beautiful! They had real flowers on the table and beautiful eccentric art on the walls with well lighted low lights that makes everything about eating at this restaurant very classy. The customer service was amazing. My friend had an order that was messed up, and our waiter fixed it immediately. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the pineapple rice and spring roles. Yummy

Very attentive, very informative, just all around a really great time! We were celebrating my Aunts 65th birthday and you made it so memorable! Food was really really good! I made my 1st visit to Spoon Eastside yesterday evening (Tues., Oct. 14, 2025) right after a longgggg day of work and Spoon’s Thai cuisine is everything my day needed!
From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted w/ a warm and inviting energy by the staff. My Rwandese Sis was my to-go server for the visit and we definitely enjoyed some great conversations while I waited for my order to be complete. I ordered the Chicken Satay (CANNOT recommend enough) along w/ the Ginger Beef Stir Fry + Steamed Rice.
I’m thankful I found this amazing gem on Moreland and I’ll be recommending you guys every chance I get! Oh and while I’m here: I highly recommend you guys personally (AND as a restaurant/business) checking out BOTH the Center for Hard to Recycle Materials for the recycling of clean + dry: Plastics, Glass, Styrofoam, Aluminum, Chemicals/Paint, Cardboard, etc. (one location is off of Moreland at 1110 Hill St. SE, Atlanta, GA + the 2nd location is on the Eastside – Decatur) and also Ripple Glass for the recycling of the empty glass goods x Spoon Eastside. Ripple Glass is so amazing that reasonably sized bins on wheels can be arranged for restaurant pickup x Ripple. Becoming a patron of both has tremendous environmental impact FOR GOOD.

I came here the night before Valentine’s Day. The food was excellent as always. The bartender DID NOT make our experience enjoyable at all. We sat at the bar and this man acted like we weren’t supposed to ask for anything. No smile, no name, no eating utensils. No apologyfor said unprovided utensils, and after we requested the food to be warmed since it arrived cool, no apology just a look of apathy. Not once did he ask us if we wanted another drink, so we had drinks somewhere else. Just an overall bad experience for my date who had never been here before.
