A friend suggested that we visit P.B. Clark’s while in town. So happy we decided to have lunch there! We were greeted immediately and told to sit anywhere we like! Our waitress Chrissy was so nice and helpful with the menu! I had the daily special (Spaghetti) and hubby had the Hawaiian Burger & fries. Food came out very promptly and fresh! The spaghetti had a great sauce! It also came with a side salad and Texas toast. A lot of food for $8.50 and it was very good! Hubbys Hawaiian burger was so big I don’t know how he even got a bite! He said he had never ate anything like it! (In a good way!). We were stuffed but just had to get a piece of their green apple cake with cream cheese icing for later! It was amazing! (We should have gotten 2 pieces) I found myself not wanting to share! LOL! All in all great food and great service! If you’re in town you should definitely stop and see Chrissy and ask her what’s good to eat! She won’t steer you wrong!

There’re two things in this community restaurant that stand out, and both start with an ‘f’: food and friendliness. For the prices charge, the food quality is unbeatable, and you’ll find the friendliest people here, staff and customers alike, which makes the dining experience all the more enjoyable. Another good thing to say about this restaurant in three words: fried chicken liver, which is their Monday special. Totally unhealthy, I know, but it’s so absolutely delicious that it’s worth the health risk!

Good food in a home town atmosphere. You feel like a local and they treat you like old friends. If you’re to full for a slice of their fresh made cake than get one to go.

Food was good. Son’s spaghetti was a little undercooked. Our waitress didn’t check on us for refills. We had to flash someone down.

First time visitor, not disappointed! This place represents small towns in the US, and is a fine example of an southern Sunday morning…
There’s no waiting, just seat yourself, and a waitress will be with you shortly. But time is a little bit relative here…maybe they’re busy, maybe not, but nobody’s in a rush. No, they’re NOT dawdlin’, but neither are they doing wind sprints in gym class, either. “Citified” folk might find themselves with arms crossed, all in a huff, fingers drumming on the table, toe tapping with impatience…but they’d be better off quietly observing the “countrified” folk, and those tending to them. Servers who know the customers by name, asking after their kids and families, neighbors waving across the restaurant, men getting up from their meal to open the door for an elderly lady…this is where you let the stress go, and relax with a nice full breakfast, several cups of coffee, and leave with a smile and a peaceful easy feeling. And the breakfast was pretty darn good, too! Thanks for an amazing morning!!

Great local family restaurant in King. Very busy….had to wait just a bit on food but was worth it. Sweet potato casserole was the bomb! Highly recommend….will visit again.

Best BEC biscuit I’ve had in 20 years. Little bit of a wait but absolutely worth it. Staff makes you feel like you’re home and it’s affordable!
