Really nice view for concerts. Be prepared for a 20% gratuity to be added to all orders. I personally ALWAYS tip 20% and often more. I add this comment so others are aware of the policy. I never look at the details and had to keep my ticket to get the food. I tipped 20% on a ticket that already had 20% included and the bartender who clearly is not ethical didn’t inform me. The cheeseburger was delicious and drinks were made very well. Just be prepared to pay the price.

I have been to several events here and the atmosphere is always great, but the service is HORRIBLE. The bartenders and wait staff are very slow. You can tell they are inexperienced. Recently, we went for the Father’s Day Edition- Cigars and Bourbon event, purchased a cabana but when we checked in, we were not provided any direction on where to go. I had to ask. A bottle came with the cabana and it took us 1 hour to get it. When we finally got it, it took another 30 min just to get a bucket of ice. It takes forever to get anything done here. We had to ask for water several times before we had someone else get it for us. The drinks are way overpriced and the food is mediocre and limited. Not sure if I will return.

I purchased “rooftop” tickets for the Billy Currington concert at Ballpark Village. (At a premium). The Bullock outdoor area is the “rooftop”. They are totally unprepared to host for an outdoor concert. Very limited seating and even more limited with a view of the stage or even the video screen. Six huge umbrellas and rows of fake bushes block any possible view. Can’t open the umbrellas because of the “wind” can’t remove them when the place is occupied. They have also rented 1/4 of it for a private party. Bartenders are extremely slow.Management is un responsive

The atmosphere was very nice and has great views. However their food was extremely mediocre and doesn’t match the price. I ordered 2 sets of wings, 2 shrimp kabobs, 2 strawberry daiquiris and 2 Bahamas breezes and was charged $127. I will come back for the atmosphere but will eat before I come.

I came here to have a few drinks. Wasn’t a bad atmosphere. I don’t mind the cover charge to have drinks. Let be honest……..BPV doesn’t have much for people of color other than the random concerts. I enjoyed the music and clientele. It’s better than anything else I’ve experienced at BPV. Maybe the cover charges will keep out the rift raft. Even though it was a chilly night there are heaters and a few fireplaces to help keep you warm. Staff was friendly. Nothing bad to report right now.

Place is staffed with rude employees. Tickets were marketed as a VIP rooftop spot for a local concert. Upon arriving, found it required a $200 fee to even have a seat at the roof top. Upon ordering drinks, a snotty female waitress, the only one behind the bar on 8/19 @6:15pm, piped up and told me to get my own water from the end of the bar. Although she was not even waiting on us, then had the nerve to laughingly mention the bullock up charges 20% for these events. When another customer inquired with a manager, last name manning, what came with VIP, he laughed and said be happy we let you use this space. Sadly, I would never recommend this place, vip tickets, nor the hotel.

Staff were pleasant, but what gives you the gall to charge 36$ for 2 drinks. Not even Napoli does this. In addition to the gentleman that will be eating before he comes here, I will be eating and drinking before I get dragged here.

There’s a $5 cover charge here per person. Limited food menu, expensive and mediocre. Great view and beautiful setting.

Extremely rude staff and management. Food is not great and definitely not for the prices. This location should be a hit spot due to the location and view. But it’s instead a awful place.
