I went there just after 8am.
There was no wait time. By 11:30am, when I finished shopping at Macy’s, there was a long line.
I recommend arriving early.
Everything was so cute and I was so happy.
My daughter had a warm Nutella hot chocolate with marshmallows, and although I’m not a big fan of sweets, I had hot tea and a croissant.
It was delicious.
The male staff on the second floor and the staff in front of the restroom all had wonderful customer service, and I got the impression that everyone in the store was happy.

Never thought I could have enough Nutella, but this place really tests that theory. Love the whole concept, it’s fun, cute, and such an easy stop if you’re wandering around the area. We ended up going twice in one week because it was so fun. The crepe and the chia hemp seed pudding were favorites. Definitely worth a visit!

Anytime I’ve walked past this place, I have always noticed the queues outside. I decided to go in for pancake Tuesday after work to get a Nutella Crepe with Bananas, and I’m very glad i did. The staff were very friendly, and the crepe was very tasty. If you enjoy Nutella, i recommend that you visit here, even if you need to queue. I’ll be back

Such a fun spot in Chicago — the Nutella Café has an amazing vibe. The variety they have is honestly crazy, and if you have a sweet tooth, this place is a must-visit. Tried their pancakes and drinks and everything was really good. There was about a 30-minute wait, but it was totally worth it.

As for the food – absolutely delicious. We ordered a crepe drizzled generously with Nutella and fresh berries, and the flavor balance was just right: rich, chocolaty hazelnut meets gentle freshness from fruit. I finally got in! There’s always a line around the corner. So I was very happy. Service was great! The food… I was a little disappointed. I was expecting more. I got a Nutella Danish and it was like very basic. Nutella on bread. It wasn’t anything special. Maybe I just hyped this place up in my head and it’s just a basic place. IDK.

We visited the Nutella Café, and while it’s a fun concept, the experience has some drawbacks. There’s often a line at the entrance, and the wait can get noticeably long. Seating is limited, so even after getting inside, finding a comfortable spot isn’t guaranteed. The desserts are enjoyable but not extraordinary; they don’t quite live up to the hype. Overall, it’s a nice stop if you’re a Nutella fan, but the long wait and limited space make it less compelling than expected.

Who doesn’t love Nutella, right? When you have a Nutella store next to you, that’s where you should be having your breakfast! I had the Nutella pancakes with sliced banana topping and a regular latte. Delicious!

It was freezing outside when we got in. It’d be nice if there were some heaters out there or something, but everyone’s used to the cold, so you might just need to adapt. The workers there are nice and get you in as people leave. Prepare to overpay for Nutella pastries, but it’s all about the experience. The custom label Nutella jars are cool, especially if you’re trying to be funny. I think they go with it as long as it’s appropriate. I asked about characters, I don’t remember the exact number, but it could be between 10-15, no spaces.

We came here completely by coincidence — we didn’t even know this place existed — and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. After reading some of the previous reviews (not to disagree with anyone), I can honestly say this is a place you must experience.
If you love Nutella or chocolate, it’s absolutely spectacular. Yes, it gets crowded, but that only shows how popular it is. The service was very good, at least for us, and we left completely satisfied.
