UPDATE: Manager pulled up and told us that during winter hours they didn’t open till 11. She took our cake order from our vehicle. Very apologetic and accommodating. So I raised it from 1 to 3 stars. However, posted hours would definitely help. Since we weren’t the only ones confused.
Pretty bad when your employees are here waiting 34 minutes past, and the Manager isn’t even here to open. We got here at 5 after 10 and it was an employee that told us it wasn’t unlocked yet. Multiple cars tried to come thru the drive-thru. So much business lost. I I didn’t have to come here, we’d of already left. Posted hours should say “open when manager feels like it”.

That was a nastiest place you ever can eat. The took old chicken put it in a fryer and served it to us like we don’t know it was old chicken. The place was not clean at all. I have friends of mine had food poisoning It was not maintained at all I think people give up on the place it was good before. Let’s see what they put in their next.

My friend and I had went to the st robert mo location today, Tuesday August 2nd, we both had ordered the 6 piece tenders and since they told us that we couldn’t do two separate orders, she ordered first and then we went back around to order mine, well her food was cold so they “fixed” that by putting like 12 pieces in mine and no fries an had gave her like 4 pieces. The customer service is horrible and the workers are not very professional.

Don’t come to this place during a rush lunch hour, you will not make it back to work on time. I understand that the food is cooked fresh while you wait, but the time it took to get our food was quite long. And there were so few tables that we ended up going back out to our vehicle to eat.

What a bunch of idiots! 25 mins to get food. Customer service was a big negative 10. I don’t know what was worse how they were when I ordered or when I returned my food that wasn’t prepared correctly. And when I asked a employee the name of another rude employee she brushed it off like I didn’t say a word to her and when I asked “what your not going to tell me his name”? She replied by shaking her head no and smirking. I have never seen anything like it in my life!

Went with my husband and 3 kids for a treat. We walked in and went to the counter, no line. We were never greeted. Stood there for over 5 minutes and not one word was spoken to us. The two people working behind the counter looked at us multiple times so they knew we were waiting to order. We left and went to a different place down the street.

Absolutely horrible gave it another chance after another horrible experience and once again Slow service and bad food. Ordered the 4pc Strip basket, the toast was literally bread, not toasted at all, not even close. And to top it off. They forgot the four chicken strips. So ordered a chicken strip basket and got everything but the chicken. Not sure how you mess up the one job you have but they managed to do it. Maybe some training in counting to ten could help these guys out.

I only went to this Dairy Queen because of the $5 lunch to save money. I have had bad visit in the past. I had one order that was completely wrong which I did not notice till I drove 20 minutes to get home. I have been to and worked at much better facilities ten this one.

Almost gave a 4 star due to waiting quite a while in the drive thru without any acknowledgment that i was there, but when the gentleman brought out our food he held the door open, and once we returned to our vehicle the lady at the counter ran to our car with the funnel cake we almost forgot. Great save!
