Sadly disappointed. Submitted an online order and order was set to be picked up at a certain time and I headed to the store and realized what a bad decision it was to order on Super bowl at Wingstop. There were about 30 people waiting for food and some had been there an hour. I asked if I could cancel my order and the cashier told me they were unable to and to see if I could online. The online order actually states to contact the store. If orders are overloaded there should be a way to stop or cancel orders.

Whoever the middle aged black man is with glasses needs manners! I was there to pick up a DoorDash order. My mind was in hyper focus mode so I’m SORRY (not) if I was looking for the name on an order on the counter while he told me it wasn’t my order “8 times” That is NOT how you speak to people.

I have never had wingstop so good, even the fries were delicious and crispy. Usually wingstop is pretty salty, not this spot at least for my taste. Great service as well. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.
