Pizza here never disappoints. The prices are fair and the toppings are generous. The bread sticks are to die for and they give you a free sauce with them. Pizza is always consistent with the old Pacifica taste and they’re ready right when they say they will be.

Ordered a large combination on the phone. The lady on the other end sounded miserable taking my order, I thought it was just me. I was told a half hour. I got there about 5-10 minutes later due to errands and as I was pulling up to park, I saw an older lady walking outside standing/leaning on her vehicle smoking. I walked by her and as soon as she saw me she rolled her eyes. I awkwardly acknowledged her thinking there was another employee inside. Once I get to the counter she walks in behind me. I asked her if she was the only one working to which she responded “yes that’s why I give certain pickup times” or something along the line. She said “let me wash my hands and billed me out. I love the pizza and their calzones but please if you are hating your job dont be there. Or just dont bring your personal problems to work and express it onto the customers. She made a good pizza but im hesitant to go back when she is working..

I’m very disappointed with the service I received at Firebaugh Pizza. When my mother, who primarily speaks Spanish, first called and later walked into the restaurant, she was completely ignored by the older lady working there. She was dismissive and unwelcoming, even rolling her eyes, which was incredibly disrespectful. It was clear that she only chose to acknowledge us when I walked in and began speaking English even then, her attitude remained rude and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, when I first rolled up to the restaurant, she was outside smoking cigarettes right in front of the entrance, which was off-putting. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, regardless of the language they speak, and it’s clear this older lady does not make Spanish speakers feel welcome.
Because of this experience, I will no longer be purchasing from Firebaugh Pizza. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the way customers are treated.

Went here for the first time today and gotta say their pizza is worth the 10 minute drive from Mendota dough reminds me of the old Pacifica spot and can’t beat the price! Bbq chicken Hawaiin thank me later will definitely be coming back!

I have always enjoyed Firebaugh Pizza ever since it’s been Pacifica Pizza! I really enjoy their breadsticks & their deals! Monday-Thursday from 6pm-8pm $10 pepperoni pizzas are the best!! Always recommend going there for late night pizzas! 🙂
