Saults Eclectic Cuisine (inside the brewery) is excellent. We ordered a pizza, and it disappeared so fast we immediately ordered a second one. Great flavor, good crust, and it pairs perfectly with the beers on tap. Just watch the pizza stand as the tray falls off easily.

If you’re already at the brewery, don’t skip the food – it’s way better than “bar snacks” and absolutely worth ordering.

Unforgettable Wedding Catering by Sault’s Eclectic Cuisine!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Steve and Ashley from Sault’s Ecletic Cuisine cater our daughter’s wedding, and I can honestly say they were nothing short of phenomenal. From the very first planning meeting to the final bite of dessert, their creativity, professionalism, and passion for food shone through every detail.

Steve’s culinary artistry brought flavors to life in ways we never imagined— beautifully presented and bursting with personality. Ashley’s warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and joyful. Together, they created a menu that was not only delicious but deeply personal, reflecting our daughter’s tastes and the spirit of the celebration.

Guests are still raving about the food! We had an after party and the food provided was enough for the after party too. They even left paper goods and to go boxes!

If you’re looking for catering that goes beyond the ordinary and delivers something truly special, Steve and Ashley are your dream team. Sault’s Eccentric Cuisine made our daughter’s wedding unforgettable, and we’re forever grateful.

Overall: highly recommend.

What a fantastic vibe for everyone—from families looking for a casual bite to couples or friends enjoying a night out. The menu features American favorites but what really sets this place apart are the Asian-inspired offerings. Really adds a creative, flavorful twist you won’t find in your typical brewpub.

I had the chance to talk with one of the owners, and it’s clear that passion and hospitality are at the heart of this place. He was genuinely friendly, enthusiastic about the menu, and clearly in tune with the local community. It’s no surprise they get a rush from noon to 4 p.m. on weekends—thanks to the nearby ball fields.

If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Keep an eye out for their food truck too!

When we arrived, we were told that our party of 4 couldn’t be seated for dinner since we didn’t have a reservation- they could seat us as 2 parties of 2, but not all together. I was able to use my phone to make a reservation for 4, right then and there. Within minutes they now COULD seat us, and the back area where they brought us to sit was nearly empty. Not really a big deal since we did get seated, but what a strange and inconvenient way to do things? If reservations are required for any party larger than 2, why not just put that on a sign?

The menu is pretty varied and definitely “eclectic,” but many items are labeled “dairy free” or “gluten free,” and not a single item was labeled vegan or vegetarian. I asked the server about animal products in the item I was interested in, and she had to go ask the chef – it was vegetarian (the tofu buns had honey in the sauce), so wouldn’t it be quicker and easier to just note that on the menu? The menu lists a pizza with “allergen free mozzarella,” that is labeled dairy free, but I didn’t even ask if that was vegan, because it seemed like a waste of time to have her go back and ask again.

The waitress was a sweetheart and very attentive. The food was tasty and the drinks are good – we’d visited the brewery before and the beer is fantastic. So overall, I can’t give a bad review! But so much of the experience could have been made so much easier.

Also, unrelated to our dining experience, I noticed candles with the merch in the entry area, and wanted to buy one, but the person at the desk had no idea how much they cost, they weren’t labeled and there was no sign????

Hopefully as time goes by, the wrinkles will be ironed out and the experience will run a bit more smoothly in the future.

I wanted to like it but I honestly expected more. We got sat in the back which felt like an undecorated corridor apart from the rest of the brewery, pretty unpleasant. The pizza was fine. Honestly I was just really hoping for a more traditional bar menu, the options seemed… Out of place. But I suppose it is “eclectic cuisine”. Not my favorite, not the worst.
