The mango juice was star for me & super tasty — fresh, sweet, and really refreshing. The samosa was a highlight for me; it tasted just like home in India, perfectly seasoned and comforting.
Smoothie bowl was another favourite.
We also had the tomato omelette with toast. The flavors were a bit different and it felt slightly less salty than expected, but still a decent option. The veg gyoza was another great dish — tasty, crispy, and served really well.
Overall, a nice place to visit for simple, flavorful food with a mix of familiar and unique tastes. Would recommend trying their mango juice and samosas!

Had an amazing experience at Island Restaurant!
Tried the Mango Sticky Rice and the Thai Milk Cold Tea, and both were absolutely incredible. The mango sticky rice was perfectly sweet with creamy coconut sticky rice and fresh, juicy mango – easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in Thailand.
And the Thai milk cold tea was refreshing, rich, and perfectly balanced – the ideal drink in Bangkok’s heat.
If you visit, these two are an absolute must-try. Highly recommended!

Great place for delicious food at a very good price, the portions are generous and you definitely get a lot for what you pay. The drinks are amazing as well, super tasty and well made.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they actually ask whether you want your food spicy or not, which is a nice touch.
The location is perfect, right on the corner of the street where you can enjoy watching the lively scenery around you. On top of that, there’s no loud music.. just a relaxed, chill vibe that makes it a great place to sit and enjoy your meal.

Really nice – ambient but busy establishment, where staff are pleasant, welcoming you into their premises. The food and drinks ordering is straightforward, and on my visit the staff member informed me at that point – there would be a 20 minute delay for food, I was happy with that, as I could enjoy my first drink without feeling rushed or pressured in any way.
The food came, and while I ordered a selection of Greens- I didn’t expect the size of each, dish – which by all accounts I knew I had probably ordered a little too much…
That being said. The staff member reassured me there was no need to rush. So I was really happy with that!

We saw this highly rated place on Google and as we were round the corner, thought of it as a no-brainer to go and try. We were greeted well and directed to any free table of our choice. We ordered a range of dishes (as per pics). The food was good average but nothing had a WOW factor. The best dish I thought was the noodle soup. The presentation was well, but service was a little slow.
Everyone has personal preference and for me there are far better eateries in Bangkok I have had.

Lovely restaurant with a truly tropical atmosphere in the heart of Bangkok, for breakfast and dinner. Generous portions and delicious food. Our waiter Robin was very kind and accommodating. It was a short walk from our hotel and a great place to dine in. We came here twice for dinner and twice for breakfast. The Pad Thai is amazing!
Sometimes it is a bit confusing with different menues and prices.
