Pizza Al’s is a staple in Morgantown. New York style pizza that is cheap, tasty, and filling. They have soft drinks and a bar with mixed drinks and beer. There is a pinball machine to keep kids busy. A great deal is a large pizza and a pitch of drinks, just a little over $20 and can feed a family of 5 easily.

This is the perfect place to go with a family of four after a baseball game or a basketball game at night. It’s quick and easy. It’s not inexpensive, but the ingredients are good as well. Their pizzas are the absolute best. Their salads are pretty good too even the calzone so you really can’t go wrong with anything I do wish they had more fountain sodas I hate having to buy the sodas individually enjoy.

The white pizza was almost completely flavorless. I tried to fix it with my own seasonings, but to no avail. I wasn’t impressed with the fried pepperoni rolls either and the marinara that came with them tasted weird.
The Italian sausage and cheese focaccia sandwich was really good, though. It had such good flavor and the bread was perfectly soft and spongy.
The price was fair, but it was quite a disappointing experience overall.

In Morgantown for the weekend for Geowoodstock XXI. After a long and busy weekend I really wanted some good pizza. I started googing and after seeing some reviewer photos I went with Pizza Al’s.
From the phone call to pick up my service was fantastic. Super friendly customer service and fast. The pizza looked BOMB. I couldn’t wait to try it and ate some in my car like a garbage gremlin. It was just as I had hoped it would be. Absolutely delicious!
It was just me so I ordered a small and it was 14inches. My largest pizza back home only hits that. And for only $9??? It has to be voodoo that it was good! If you’re ever in the area I HIGHLY recommend Pizza Al’s!

Specifically visited this location because the other locations in town can’t seem to get the basics CORRECT for a traditional Pizza Al’s pizza.

Hate to give this review to be honest but with the toppings being (2.00$ apiece) I expect to see some ON the actual pizza. Hardly any pepperoni, hot peppers were fresh, not canned (a plus), but again not nearly enough for the 2.00$ up charge, cheese didn’t make it to the edge of the crust, and the sauce was basically tomato flavored water. Very unfortunate because I truly expected a BETTER pie and experience than the other PIZZA ALS stores…it’s likely i will give it another shot some other time. Maybe the game had something to do with my experience. Very unfortunate.

We absolutely love this place. The pizza is hands down the absolute best! This last visit, we happened to go in on a night when Al was working. Whether we’re in the mood to pick up dinner or wait at the bar while our pizza is made, it’s just a relaxing environment that never disappoints and the beer is ice cold. Their service is always been spot on.

My fried ravioli was bit crispy, could’ve been little lighter done. Sauce was cold, suggest warming before given out. Antipasti salad was very good, fed us both.

UTC pizza AL’s was always my favorite. Couldn’t ask for a better staff. Pizza was hot and delicious. This is not the same. They stuck our pizza on top of the oven and forgot about us for 30. Minutes until I went and ask. We was the people in there at the time. The owner walked by us several times and even made himself a pizza and sat down to eat it when I went looking for ours. Never again
