Don’t do a takeout here, every time my take out chicken order always dry and black, looks like it’s been sitting there overnight then they refried it,chicken meat are super dry,it end up I throw it in trash can. But I dine in there couple times was good just take long times to wait

My husband I went thru the drive thru in salem. We asked for 2 6 piece hot and spicy combos. They asked if we wanted regular or spicy. We said one spicy one and one regular. When we got home the regular wings only included 3 wings and potatoe wedges. The potatoe wedges were very hard and barely edible. I called to tell them and they offered to fix it but after being at work I was to tired to drive back which I really appreciate. If the meal has any differences between spicy and not spicy just let people know. And give customers fresh food.

My son loved the spicy chicken sandwich and French fries. He said they were each seasoned just right. I, however, did not care for the fried chicken. It was served with way too much oil, just dripping off it, which stymied the flavor and seasonings. Service was a little slow, but everyone was friendly and courteous.

It was our first time at this location. We ordered the regular fried chicken wrap with fries and chicken tenders with fries. The fried chicken wrap comes with 2 wraps and only with mayo and pickles. The fried chicken was a huge disappointment. Come on, KFC! Get it together! the wraps that you used to carry were really good. Bring back the fried chicken bacon wrap with ranch dressing and tomatoes. Why did you take it off the menu? And why would you bring the fried chicken wrap back and do it different? Next time, I will order a pot pie or stick to old faithful the original recipe chicken.

Went through the drive through around 515 pm, ordered an 8 piece with 2 large sides, and an extra side of gravy. I get home and the chicken is in pieces, the skin is falling off as the batter is undercooked and doughy. The Mac and cheese was old and clearly had been sitting, did not recieve the extra side of gravy i paid $2.99 for. I called to see about getting my money back, the manager advised me to bring all of it and the receipt back the next day (as I live 30 minutes away and told her I would not be back in town this day.)

Ordered online 6 piece bucket and 4 sides and 4 biscuits….. this all happened at 7:27 pm ….. got to the location to pick up the order only to be told they had no white meat !!!! At 8pm they have no white meat… no breasts or legs…. only thighs and wings…. and was told we would still have to wait as chicken was cooking…after 30 mins of wait time they brought out the order…got home to the chicken tasting old and the biscuits were under cooked and doughy…. I do not recommend ever going to this location as every time we have gone there something is not right…management at this location is a false and customer service is non existing….called the location to make a complaint and was hung up on….terrible place to take your business!!! I am requesting a corporate phone number!!!

2024/1/1, around 4pm, we ordered some hot wings and chicken nuggets; the nuggets were good, but the 1/3 of wings look very old, and tasted old. I suspect they were refried several times (see the picture). Also the people taking the order was not helpful. I said it is hard to find wings’ menu on the board, but she was not responding or helping me to find it; we asked for spicy wings, she said they don’t have it, only hot wings. Seriously?! We tried to order 12 wings, she said we don’t have it. Then we asked why, she said they only have 8 wings. Bad experience over all.

Placed an online order at 8:45 did not receive until 920 while I was waiting for my food during that time there were two other gentlemen in there getting into a fight with the manager because they have not received their food as well. The food was dry and terrible not worth the Jerry Springer episode. Thank God, they compensated me by adding the extra piece of chicken see picture below

Got the dinner combo. Chicken is inedible has a really weird flavor to it like they are using old oil. Tryed calling multiple times and no one picks up. Almost a $15 meal wasted
