However, the restaurant could do better with cleaning, especially the tables and dining area. Customer service at the counter could also improve by being more attentive and less dependent on POS technology, focusing more on assisting customers directly.
Overall: Good food, but better cleanliness and hands-on customer service would make a big difference.

Went and grab a quick lunch for me and my kids and I truly enjoyed myself. I placed an online order and went to pick it up, and from the moment I enter the door, I was greeted. The staff were respectful and very nice.
The food was on point… I got my usual… Jamaican Jerk and that sub was EVERYTHING I didn’t know I needed in my life again!! Will most definitely be back.

The good was that the food was solid. The bad was we are on a road trip and picked this to be quick but not fried fast food. It took 29 minutes after we paid to get our order. They were not very busy and had 6 workers on staff. The girl in the glasses would keep asking for help and communicate on the line but majority were just standing around. Majority of the staff was also very loud especially the taller guy. The girl in the glasses literally told him twice “you are so loud”. But honestly the worst part which you can’t blame on employees but ownership is we were the only dine in guest and there was ZERO highchairs. It is absurd to have zero and have to hold our two year old the entire meal.

As we know many businesses are closing this year l believe you need to tell your crew to leave their personal opinions at the door, once clocked in they need to be friendly to ALL CUSTOMERS!!! I usually enjoy my food from FHS but this time, my stomach did not agree. Something on my sub was either contaminated or spoiled because the pain I endure after a few bites was unbearable. Will not be going back to the Spears Creek location. On top of that the so-called manager was not helpful at all when it came to the app.
