I came in to pick-up a salad (huge, feeds 2-4) and 2 frozen deep-dish pizzas. The frig was stocked with what I needed. Izzy was very helpful in explaining the different salads. Also, he mentioned that they would be offering heart shaped pizzas for Feb./Valentine’s Day. Their deep-dish pizzas with buttery crust are amazing and a family favorite since the 70’s. This take-out business is very conveniently located to our home, but sometimes, we like to dine in their restaurants, too.

I placed an order for pick up of a GLUTEN FREE the Lou. When I arrived they made me a salad as well, very nice people. Pizza was perfect, very flavorful and the salad was fresh and delish with the garlic dressing (favorite). My go to place.

Called 17:45 arrived at 18:35, still wasn’t ready, deep dish comes with nylon topping I guess shown in picture below, worst ever deep dish I had. Thin crust pizza was ok but still why pay 17$ when you can get same for 5.99 at domino’s. Will not order again, was very happy to this location just across the road from my home, disappointed.

Most incompetent lou malnati’s I’ve ever been to. Staff is clueless, never any management there, and you’ll be lucky if they don’t start making your food after your order is supposed to be ready. Go to the one in Palatine on Northwest Hwy instead and close this dump down.

I ordered pizza for pickup and my order wasnt ready. Calvin helped me with my pick up order and while waiting he gave cookies to my daughter which I really appreciate! My daughter loved the cookies! He also delivered my order to the car. As someone with a toddler, im really thankful for him going above and beyond 🙂
