Absolutely wonderful!
Some of the best Italian food I’ve had quite a while. And the real beauty of it. It’s at like half the price. You’ll usually pay for the meal. It’s a very small restaurant with a diner type family restaurant feel. Very unpretentious. We had the lasagna and the Alfredo and we knew it was going to be special when they brought the house salad out. That was anything but boring. Definitely five stars.

My wife and I have been vacationing in Klamath Falls as a base going to Crater Lake, Lassen Volcanic, Lava Beds, and Redwood National Parks.
On our last day, we were looking for a restaurant in Ashland. We found Carlito’s Italian Cuisine and were very glad that we did.
The food was wonderful. My wife had the Spaghetti Bolognaise and really enjoyed the taste. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and thought it was great. It was creamy, smooth, and had a great taste.
The atmosphere was nice and inviting with soft jazz in the background.
We had a nice conversation with the owner about the restaurant. Service was excellent.
My wife and I travel a lot and have visited many other countries. We always try to eat at local restaurants to enjoy the area and the people. Often, we are disappointed with the food, service, and atmosphere. However, Carlito’s Italian Cuisine is a place we highly recommend and would come back to enjoy the food.

5 stars all around! Everything about Carlito’s was excellent! All of our food was so flavorful and fresh. The iced tea was fresh – nice and strong (my fav). The service was welcoming and fast. And great ambiance too. We’ll definitely be back!

A hidden gem!! So worth heading off the beaten path of Ashland to this lovely restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, the service exceptional. We were a party of five and every meal was fantastic. We all highly recommend Carlito’s!

Oh my gosh!!! I’m from out of town and was craving Pizza so I just used Google to find some. Lucky for me I settled on Carlito’s. Ordered via phone, ready in 15 minutes. It is the most perfect pizza I’ve ever seen! It’s loaded and tastes fantastic.
