I ordered two different kinds of spicy rolls, tuna, and salmon. Both rolls were filled with “crunchy rice crispies” changing the flavor and reducing the fish in each slice. No good. Very disappointing.

It’s a shame that I have to give this place a one star because the sushi was delicious. However I got food poisoning twice, once last year and once this year with multi-day high fevers. They need to reinspect their ingredients and food processing. I used to order on a regular basis, gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but not again.

I’ve been to Nobu before but Blu sushi to me was TOP TIER. The food was incredible! The spicy crispy shrimp was so good and so was the Wagyu fried rice! The plum saki was also my favorite recommended by our server! Highly recommend this place!
