Stopped to get a drink, and there was only one person working the store who was just hired a couple days ago. She had to make phone calls to other employees at home on how to ring up product and make them. Kind of shitty if you ask me to do that to a new hire and especially being underage where a manager of age has to be on site. She was very nice and the manager should be replaced with some one thats responsible.

Congratulations on opening your new place. I waited in drive-thru for 10 minutes without a car moving.
I love my Dunkin but I hope that you hire more people so that you don’t lose.
I went through the McDonald’s drive-thru a few doors up from you in 3 minutes.

Asked for a chocolate milkshake today and I got chocolate milk. Paying $10 for a shake you should get a thick shake not chocolate milk.

My experience here was WILD. Let me start by saying: Hunter was the best. Impeccable service. He is the kind of employee you’d want.

The other kid working with Hunter? Needs to find another job.

This incident happened on Friday, 12/27/24. My husband, child, mom, dad, and I place an order here (so, 5 of us) for two single scoops, one double scoop, one triple scoop, and a milkshake. Of course, per usual with this DD, they were out of a flavor 3/5 things in our order had in it (they’re always out of stuff). When we got there, nothing was made, but Hunter graciously helped us. As he was, his coworker, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, started MAKING FUN OF OUR ORDER and US, without realizing we were standing RIGHT THERE. When Hunter, who was mortified, pointed out that we were standing right there, he just laughed and continued to make fun of us. I called him out on it and Hunter dismissed him and told him to walk away.

This kid was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. Who makes fun of customers right in front of them? And the continues to do so? This Dunkin Donuts is already a mess–wrong orders, slow service, lack of stock, etc–so, honestly, the least they can do would be have employees worth anything. But they fall short of that, too.

I’ll never go back here. It’s not worth it. I’ll drive further for good service and a strong stock of product.

Hunter: find somewhere that deserves you.

This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a Dunkin. Management needs to take a closer look at the employees who work here.

My husband and I stopped at this dunkin for a black coffee and a few donuts. We were the only customers in the store at the time. We ordered a black coffee at the register and the barista rolled her eyes at me while I made my order. Afterwards, we waited almost 20 minutes for her to fill the order, but she was texting the entire time and not filling the order. My husband then asked what was happening and she acted like she had no idea what was going on. He demanded a refund. She didn’t know how to process the refund properly, so we were given cash instead.

We left with our money, a terrible experience, wasted time, and felt completely ignored and disrespected.

Bottom line: Don’t go here. Its awful.

Look, I don’t complain if hardly ever. Working in food service before has me very compassionate for mistakes and bad days. Where I draw the line is disrespectful attitudes. To start off I get my order wrong everytime- today I was over it and decided I will no longer waste money on a disgusting product so
I nicely went in and let the employee know there was no flavoring. She babbled on about how she told me in the drive thru “she put it (sweetener) off to the side” well, that wasn’t me. So I was completely confused but she started to make it and yelled over to me pretty rudely to throw away my drank because she’s not going to- I wasn’t even planning on having her do that. This is one of many occasions where their employees are just strait up rude and nasty. I’ve had enough and refuse to walk on eggshells at an establishment where I’m paying for a service. I continued to come here because of the convenience, but it’s just not worth it. Invest in better employees or do some extensive training.

This is the tenth disappointing experience we’ve had with this location and do not plan on returning. Finally compelled to write a review. We love getting our kids ice cream here and tried to get the creature creations. They were out of one thing, then another, and another. I then paid and was told they were out of the flavor I requested for my 4 kids!!! Not only that but one of the sugar mermaid tails was broken and one was missing sprinkles. For almost 5$ each I was furious. Not to mention the non-remorseful customer service and attitude like we are bothering them. I will happily drive 45 minutes to an ice cream place with good service and not out of everything kids could possibly want. Unacceptable service.

Ordered take out the last two mornings. Yesterday the empanadas we ordered were available online but when we went to pick up, they told us they were out. Ok, no big deal-got our money back and replaced the food. Today, the same thing happened with sourdough bread for my partner’s sandwich. It is very frustrating and inconvenient when the online menu does not reflect what is available in store.

This place is pitiful. Some of the staff are very friendly but nearly every time I go I spend 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru just to end up with the wrong food or drinks. Never try ordering more than one item or they will completely screw it up. This morning, after handing me my drinks at the window, they say to park in front of the store where my food will be brought to me. 15 minutes later no food, so I walk up to the worker (same person who told me at the window to go park!!!) said she had no clue what order I was talking about. Even though she was the one to acknowledge my food order in the first place! Crazy that this place is still in business, when McDonalds never takes more than 5 minutes and gets the orders right every time.

I seem to always go early in the morning and I’m either by myself in line or with one other car. The service is always good and the donut quality is consistent. I have had bad experiences with rude staff in Rockville and other locations, I have never had any experiences like that here in the 10 or so times I have visited.
