It was the best sundubu (soft tofu stew) I’ve ever had in Seattle. I didn’t expect much since it was inside a food court, but the banchan (side dishes) were delicious and the LA galbi was also great. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised that not only did it come with some banchan but also with a fried croaker 조기 which was quite good. The Vegetable Soon Tofu itself did not have as hearty of a flavor as I am used to and the tofu seemed more like soft tofu than soon tofu. Still, because of the unexpected fried croaker and the friendliness of the woman who took the order I am giving this place four stars.
