Authentic restaurant in the heart of Cairo, they’re specialised with their tajin which you can see it in the oven even if you’re standing outside the restaurant.
Food is extremely delicious and I can tell that it took years from the owner to reach this delicious recipe.
We ordered tajin meat with onion, molokhya, and mix grill and all was amazing.
Portions are very fair for the price and the prices are affordable compared to other similar restaurants.
Staff are extremely nice and friendly, the place itself is modest but nice and clean.

Food is good but hygiene is poor. We ordered mulokeiah, lamb and bread (hawawshi), kufta, and tika. Our order was so delicious. People are friendly.
However, many places in Egypt doesn’t care about hygiene. I had a very bad stomach ache because of the poor hygiene in the restaurants around Egypt. You must be careful and take antibiotics is you are a tourist.
