This humble little shop in the middle of Makiki deserves high praise. Don’t let it’s simple exterior fool you. The food here is legit.
I walked in to be greeted by what I assume are the owners. A sweet husband and wife team. Truly, this is the kind of personal interaction that is rare today and I much appreciate it.
The menu is pretty extensive for such a tiny shop. They have sandwiches, BBQ, noodles and rice dishes. I had the Bahn Mi and it was probably the biggest, most generously filled Bahn Mi ever. Not only was it loaded, it was fresh and tasty.
I’ll be back for sure to try out the other offerings.

I work around the area and this is my go to EVERYTIME I work. Everything has been AMAZING. Nothing has yet to let me down. Food tastes so good especially since it comes with a homemade feel to it. I absolutely recommend this business no only for the amazing tasting food, but also the great family behind the counter:)!!

This place is amazing! We got the pork banh mi and it was one of the best banh mi we’ve ever had. Fresh, full, perfectly made – tasty! Also got freshly squeezed cane juice which they made right in front of us! So happy to run into this place. The owners have a very sweet and laid back demeanour. They deserve all the business they can get. You have to try it!
