I work near this location. I decided to give it a shot definitely worth it although I hear a lot of bad reviews. I thought the customer service was great. I got to meet the owner. He was very nice I think the food price is fair compared to other restaurants that are comparable to its food style.

I was really looking forward to trying Flava House, but unfortunately my experience was terrible. The food was awful, lacking flavor and quality, and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the customer service was horrible — unfriendly, unhelpful, and made the visit even worse.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in Milwaukee. I will never go back and do not recommend it to others.

I grabbed the brisket bowl and it didn’t disappoint it was $16 and I maxed it, I will definitely be back to try other items but the brisket bowl was 8.5 outta 10. Food came out quick too and the place smelled and looked clean always a plus
