This food truck is run by a very sweet lady named Bridget and her daughter Karly. I had the chicken Poboy, which was good. If you like spicy, the jalapeño mayo is the bomb.
Plenty of chicken on the sandwich and Bridget even gave me some extra on the side

Absolutely phenomenal. We got several items to try. All of which were a comforting reminder of New Orleans.
This is most definitely-hands down the best Cajun food place in New Mexico.
The Pastalaya was on the menu this evening, and it was delicious-the flavors of the sauce mingled with the of the sausage so well and the pasta added a whole different dimension to jambalaya.
The roast beef po boy was also a great find.
The meat used was so tender, and the veggies that came with it were so fresh and beautifully cut that they tied the whole thing together into a hearty comfort meal. And the care and attention that was spent in preparing it was beyond measure. And tremendously appreciated.
The Budin balls were outta this world! The cheese and rice combo was an absolute hit outta the park, and the texture was a foodies heaven.
The. Chocolate chip. Bread. Pudding…..
if you don’t get this you’re doing yourself a disservice-because this is transcendent.
So all in all I stand by my statement- hands down best Cajun food in New Mexico. And very noticeable made with love ❤️

Why can’t I give a 20 star rating?!?!? This food was so good I almost slapped my own self- unbelievable. I never thought I would find authentic cajun/creole food in ABQ- but the Jambalaya Lady and her beautiful family are out here hooking it UP!!! DON’T WAIT you will regret waisting precious time. We couldn’t decide, so we ended up getting the Jambalaya, the fried shrimp, the crawfish ettoufe, and them boudin balls and WHEW CHIIIILLLLEEE- EVERY LAST BITE WAS MOUTH WATERING. great job, guys, I’ll be back probably even sooner than I know lol

I had food from their food truck near KAFB, it is so so good. I got the pulled pork sandwich, best I’ve had. However, 20 dollars is SO MUCH. It’s so delicious and you have to stop and try it but it’ll be harder for me to frequent. Genuinely though, stop here for some great food.
