This past week, my friend and I decided to order some late night food from here on DoorDash. We were a little skeptical until we found out that DP Dough is an expert in their craft. Their expertise shines through their food. I ordered the cheese sticks and dunkers boneless wings and my friend ordered the speed zone. Our food was piping hot on arrival and super tasty. We definitely will be ordering from here again soon!

I love calzones! So when I heard a new restaurant was opening up in the downtown Cleveland area..I couldn’t wait to try it out. Especially after seeing them on channel 5 news & how good the food look. I’ve now been there twice. They did not disappoint! The calzones were one of the best I’ve ever tasted! The food presentation reminds you of an upscale restaurant. It’s prepared right in front of you. And the employees are friendly & courteous from the time you step until the time you leave. The only reason I didn’t go 5 on the atmosphere is because its dimly lit and feels more accommodating for a grab & go or quick meal as seating is limited. However its clean, reasonably priced and a full menu of items. I will definitely go back. In no time it will be one of downtown Cleveland’s favorite food spots. Silver Plate

We stopped here after a long flight that landed late night. It definitely hit the spot! We ordered the Spinner Zone Calzone, and it oozed with cheese, spinach, and garlic goodness. The service was fantastic, too, with a fun atmosphere and entertaining wall signs.

On Feb 18th, 2026, I ordered online pickup for 415pm, store says it opens 4pm, arrived around 420pm to a closed and locked building. I waited outside for a little over 15min as I made multiple phone call attempts to no avail. Never received my order and was not given a refund on my order. Never again.

I came on Sept 22nd around 10-11pm. This was my first and last time here. I ordered boneless “chicken” and garlic cheese bread …… i am not sure what this is but it’s not chicken. Bread was ok. Only thing that was good was their cookies. Wait time is long and the staff are just …. There.

If this place is supposed to be known for their calzones then they should rethink their whole concept. My husband ordered the Bro Zone and I ordered the Cheese Zone and added my own ingredients. The price they charge is not worth the quality or the quantity that they give you. In my calzone it literally had 10 ingredients inside not counting the marinara sauce and it was so thin. I had mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta cheese, ham, bacon, onions, mushrooms, black olives and garlic and it was so thin that the ingredients were almost non existent, except for the disappointing ham lunch meat they cut up and put in there, it was appalling. My husband looked at me when he saw his “Bro” Zone and asked if this was a kids size. He then took a bite and looked at me again and said ” This place will NEVER see us again.” When he said that I knew he was really upset. Thankfully when I ordered this I had a discount through Door Dash b/c $16 and up for one of those is ridiculous. Those calzones are so small and thin it’s shocking that they have the audacity to charge those prices for them, especially when you’re paying for ingredients that are questionable at best. The Bro also had multiple ingredients mostly all meat and he added onions, which should have made that calzone big and full but sadly it was as flat as a pancake my husband doesn’t usually complain, so for him to say something about it says a lot. Also, before we ordered I had read the reviews and saw that this store had closed down and recently reopened so new owners could do a relaunch of their brand/food, after trying what’s supposed to be “the new and improved” is an utter disappointment. I honestly think they either rushed their relaunch or the new owners don’t have a clue, either way don’t waste your time or your money because you will still end up being HANGRY!

Aug 1st Ordered delivery around 9. Called about 11 to be told no we didnt get any delivery orders. Then a claim of resetting something and saying oh there it is after a split second of me saying I have an order number and want a refund. Pretty sure they just didn’t feel like delivering it. Reading reviews this seems common for this location. Have ordered from many other dp doughs and food is great and never had issue with delivery. Would probably avoid this one. Suspect that’s big part of the low rating.

My friends and I went to Morgan wallen over the weekend, we were pre booking Ubers to get a lower price, we found this place and decided it looked good, we planned to come here after the concert eat and chill to wait for the city to calm down, we had our uber reserved to pick us up from this place at 1am. After a 20 minute walk from the stadium ITS CLOSED. We were starving, it’s not in a great area, and then we just sat and had to waste a bunch of time. Spoiler alert we ended up getting stranded and could not get an uber until 3am. Would have been nice if this place was open so we didn’t have to feel so unsafe on the street. FOLLOW UR ONLINE HOURS IF U CLAIM UR OPEN. BE. OPEN.
