Came in around 6:30 and got my order in. Guy at the counter was helpful. They had the football game on just chatting with customers while working and had my food out in no more than a few minutes. I even apologized because it was so fast and went on my way. Foods been great no complaints.

Ate there not too long ago with a friend, the Rueben, fries, and lemonade was good, they were nice and friendly. My friend’s steak sandwich looked very juicy. Thank you.

Second time eating at a Penn station this place was super good fast and friendly. The guy running the place answered all my questions. Highly recommend it.

Really good food, I’ve been here a few times and the food is always fresh and made to order. My daughter says it’s better than subway!

We normally drive to Avon Penn Station but tried the Lorain location today. Bread looked white and was hard as a rock. I have never seen they’re bread look like this. They also gave me the wrong sandwich… I specifically said NO MAYONNAISE and it was smothered in mayo, no black olives in store and I love Penn Station fries….until today. They weren’t made fresh like most locations do. I found out when I got home they gave me the wrong sandwich and I was not going to drive back and chance it.
I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
I am a business owner as well.. And in todays market with so much competition; good management, good service and fresh, hot food IS A MUST.
This is not what I got.

Smallest sandwiches I’ve ever seen. There’s plenty of sandwich places near this penn station. It’s not even worth going.

Quick and tasty. Made to order with a few changes that they executed perfectly. Our first time going to a Penn Station will definitely be returning. Just don’t expect it to look like the website as with any fast food marketing. Staff was very friendly quite

I had to wait more than 20 minutes while the restaurant was empty cuz the cook handed my food to a door dasher. When she was asked about it, she clearly stated she didn’t care about it. So I had to wait 10 more minutes for my order to be remake.

Usually I love Penn Station and I always get the chicken teriyaki sandwich. I have been here twice since they opened and both time the sandwich was horrible. I don’t know what it was but it just doesnt taste good. The sandwich was also dry like they forgot to put sauce on the sandwich both times. The sweet tea isn’t very sweet either.
