Absolutely love the boboa tea. I’ve been a few times and have tried the fried pork belly, spicy Korean pork belly, fried tofu, spring rolls and the rice bowls. The Service is awesome. Although I have not tried it yet, they offer catering services.

Everything was phenomenal! It’s hard to have a favorite because everything was really good. All the food was made to order and you can tell that the ingredients they use were fresh. They have a kiosk, online ordering and a counter personel all at the same time so placing an order is very convenient plus the prices were all affordable and worth it. It’s also an open kitchen and you can tell that they are following all the safety and health standards. Bottomline: I will definitely go back! Highly recommended!

I love that Theo’s has such a pleasant mobile app for orders. I picked up a lemongrass pork sandwich without too much wait.
The bread was hearty, pickled veggies were crunchy, and meat was flavourful. The filling was a touch on the sweet side, but the jalapenos balanced it out enough for my preference. I also really enjoyed the crunch and s/p seasoning to the fries.
I’m stoked to have a place this tasty and filling in Cross Street Market! I’ll definitely be ordering from this stall even when I’m not hanging out in the market. 10/10 recommend!
Edit: Have eaten here a few more times. I wish there was more meat filling on the sandwiches. Seems to be heavier on bread than anything else. Also had one order where there were barely any fries.

I’ve been twice now within a week. The salt & pepper tofu is great! I’ve had it in a bowl and then in a bahn mi. The pork shumai also great and the sauce that comes with them is a soy garlic sauce that explodes with flavor. I’ve had the honeydew and earl grey boba teas and they’re also great. Not too sweet and don’t taste artificial.

I rarely write reviews, but after tasting this DELICIOUS banh mi, I had to give them a review. I order the Korean spicy pork belly banh mi with extra pate and extra radish and carrots.
The flavors are intense and complex- for each bite I took, I couldn’t believe how seriously delicious it was. The meat was tender and the vegetables added a nice crunch to it.
The bread was soft but flaky, and the order came with a perfect amount of crispy fries.
I’m sad I am just finding out about this place, but I’m already drooling thinking about the next time I eat their food.

Theo’s catered boba for our wedding, and from the initial tasting to the wedding day itself, the process was easy and smooth, with truly delicious drinks. We will be visiting Theo’s again on our own. Highly recommended!
