Staff was extremely pleasant. The food was horrible and extremely overpriced. We got 2 cheeseburgers, 2 onion rings, fried calamari, waffle fries and 3 fountain sodas. Over $80. Calamari was $20 and inedible. They gave me a refund, but the only thing really enjoyable were the fries and sodas.

We sat outside. It was nice and breezy even on a very hot day. Only one server but he was fast and attentive. Hot butter lobster roll was among the best I’ve had and only $20, good size. Drinks were good but pricey.

The service here was god awful… I waiting nearly half an hour to just receive my appetizer which not only was expensive but was very underwhelming for its price 6 mozzarella sticks for $15!! This is absolutely absurd and inexcusable. The bathrooms were maybe as dirty as it was outside in the dining area, as we were about to sit down the servers had cleaned up the tables but also left the table half done and was still absolutely filthy. For $30 you can receive a mediocre lobster roll that a bodega on the corner can make for not only cheaper but fresher and more delicious. I will never come here again nor will I ever inform others to come here as this is the worst experience I’ve had to this date or ever in my 43 years of living.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.
The staff here have no clue what they’re doing completely disorganized and rude on top of that. It’s like no one here cares about their job or the customers. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting floors sticky, trash overflowing, and the smell hits you the second you walk in. It’s honestly embarrassing how neglected this place is.
The employees have terrible attitudes, act like helping anyone is a burden, and talk to you with zero respect. The whole atmosphere just feels careless and unprofessional. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place seriously deserves one. If I could give zero stars, I would.

So glad this place is back open. My favorite place to go over the summer. The indoor seating is beautiful but you have to sit outside to enjoy the warmth of the sun. Look at this awesome sunset picture I got!

I threw a surprise 60th birthday party here over the weekend and it was wonderful. I am so glad I went with this location for the event. We had an indoor cocktail party, it was awesome. Gorgeous venue with a beautiful view. Kayla, Darlene and Vanessa worked the party and they were the best! Lots of my guests gave me compliments about the staff, on how pleasant and attentive they were. It is stressful to organize an event like this and they really put me at ease and made sure that not only my guests, but also I had a good time. To Elyse & Marybeth whom I booked with, and to the staff who worked the event, if you are reading this – Thank you all SO much! I can’t wait to come back.

Giving a 2nd star simply because the atmosphere is nice when there’s live music playing. But that’s about it.
My family and I have been coming here for more than 7 years; we came back today for the first time after Covid, and wow… I have to say: I really, really miss when the indoor section of the restaurant was open longer and you weren’t forced to buy food from the bar/restaurant. It is EXTREMELY overpriced. We asked for 4 cheeseburgers to go and the total was almost $77… I mean…what??????!!!! $17.50 for a burger is INSANE. We left immediately upon hearing that price, as you can imagine. At the indoor section of the place, you pay $9.75 for a cheeseburger, which is far more reasonable. Clearly, the new management is looking to make a quick buck during the summer months. Please do not stay here to eat if you want to pay a normal amount of money for food.

Had my wedding here.. It was magical. The staff and location was AMAZING. Would highly recommend. My family will treasure the experience the staff at Tiki Joe’s provided for us. Definitely consider for your next event, They hosted my 85 family members perfectly.
