First off, this location is small. People waiting outside, waiting in the hallway. I’ve seen a walk in closet in a house in Texas larger than the size of this lobby. We waited 45 min past our reservation time. Since I used to be a server where I ran all my own items for 4 tables at a time. From the drinks to the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts. I’m gonna give my honest review on our waitress. Once we were sat, our waitress had the person in front of her hand almost everything she brought to the table down to the next person so she didn’t have to walk around the table. We had to ask for our refills, she forgot some of the things we asked for. The chef was great, the food was delicious. I was delighted to find out that we all get noodles now also surprised to see more items included in the vegetable portion. Overall, I would say the most disappointing part was our service from our waitress mainly because I almost got this feeling that since there was already gratuity added, there was an a sense of hospitality. it was quite expensive. I would say definitely worth it for the amount of food you get.

It was absolutely amazing our cook was great, and we were stunned by the quickness of our servers, Our drinks were never below half full. We had a great time, and i got the steak and chicken it was so good. I like the style in which they cook for you. The fried rice is delicious and a must-have if you go to shogun. Would recommend.

Our first time going and we weren’t disappointed. I have a chicken allergy and they were able to accommodate without issue. I got the shrimp and my husband got steak and shrimp. We each got a drink and everything was good. Chef & waitress were very attentive. The restaurant could use a bit of updating. We were there during the dinner rush and the ladies bathroom could have used some attention. All and all, good experience. We’ll be back.

First time going to this restaurant and I was pleasantly suprised by the service. I informed our waitress that I had a dairy allergen not knowing if only oil or butter also was used on the grill. I was told this concern would be taken care of and then later was met by management. He provided me with options so that my meal was made safely. Everyone was very kind and considerate & even made sure I wasn’t offered the sauce containing dairy by the table chef, which meant there was communication with everyone attending to our table. My food was made in the back & arrived at the same time as everyone else. Thank you soo much for your kind service & attention to detail-from being greeted as we walked in till the second we stepped out the door. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The waitress took our appetizer order and 20 mins later wanted to food order and I said, but we didn’t get our appetizers yet and she said well I can’t serve your appetizers because there’s nobody here to take your order. I said well that means our appetizers are going to be just sitting there getting cold and she said no they’re under a heat lamp. She had to take a total of eight people‘s orders so I was right once they arrived. I had to send them back because they were cold and soggy. You cannot eat Cold tempura.
The chef was very nice however the food was very bland. No taste at all. Our bill was over $400. I have never felt so ripped off in my life. And there was a lot of leftovers that we just left.

A good alternative for a delicious dinner, we had the steak dinner, it comes with vegetables, some shrimp rice, soup and salad, we upgraded to fried rice, we also ordered a sushi sampler, it had three different choices, all three were really good and fresh, the food is prepared right in front and includes a bit of a show, that’s a highlight for little kids.
The servings are appropriate for the cost. We will recommend this restaurant for your sushi or teppan steak dinner, by the way, there is also a good lunch menu.
